“I am a Hilton-Hampton loyalist, but was turned onto this location because of their superior reviews and competitive rates. I was so impressed by the consistently friendly front desk staff. This hotel was modern, clean and generally fantastic. Thanks for the stay and for turning me on to Holiday Inn express.”
“Smelled and looked super clean. The room was larger and nicer than I would expect for a holiday inn express. They have a “courtesy van” that is not handicap accessible but was a very nice convenience for me. Most of the staff were super kind and helpful.”

“Nate at the front desk was extremely helpful! Had a little mix up. Got single king when we were supposed to get a double queen. Nate took care of us at no extra cost!”
“Fantastic place for travelers. Great rooms, with a large layout. Laundry room (paid) has multiple washers and dryers so there will never be a line. Breakfast is free and has a large selection of freshly cooked hot items. Lobby is also really nice.”
“hotel is very nice and the workers are great. However, the hilton name is not good by looking at the rooms. the bathroom still has 1900s tub, and the rooms look like a motel 6. the room just disappointed me at this hotel when I love the hilton name.”
“We have stayed in neighboring hotels in the past and while there are similarities, so far the staff has been very kind, helpful and attentive. We had an issue with our reservation, however, the desk clerk was quick to get the issues resolved and friendly. She even did what she could by offering us a bag with bottled waters and cookies as well as got us a little better room. The hotel while not built really recently has been kept up and has an overall feeling of welcoming and belonging. The hot breakfast was delicious with plentiful choices all around.”
“The Hampton Inn and Suites East Mesa is in a prime location for Gilbert. The hotel is the standard Hampton Inn with comfortable beds, functional workspace, good accommodations and amenities. The staff makes the difference between this hotel and others. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to meet needs.

If you are in the area, the Hampton Inn in Gilbert is a solid choice.”

“The hotel room was and is very clean compared to the hotel I was in last week. The location is perfect with stores and quick-marts all-around and close to hwy 60. The internet may not be 1G, but it is a ton faster than my previous hotel. I couldn’t use the previous hotel wi-fi, it was that slow and unreliable.”

“TL;DR I'll keep it simple: the staff here is what makes the hotel. Doing more and offering excellent customer service even when the product you're selling may or may not be top shelf.
This property is about as middle of the road as it comes for a U.S. hotel. Suburban location serving the masses and not the million-miler types that expect executive lounges, dedicated check-in areas, etc. It's a place to sleep when you're away from home. I suspect it has always catered to the leisure market given its location as it's in an outlying suburban area near Williams-Gateway airport and shopping.
Rooms are spacious and newly-renovated (at least mine was). Basic amenities included like refrigerator that actually refrigerated and a microwave that actually microwaved.
But where this place really shines is the staff. A huge shout out to David at the front desk. I can't recall a hotel in the U.S. where a front-facing agent was TRULY and purposefully engaged with me. And not in a patronizing or artificial way. His exemplary thoughtfulness and demeanor is to be commended. His other late evening colleagues were just as friendly (can't recall names).”

“I've traveled for work for nearly two decades, and I can honestly say my stay at Staybridge Suites Gilbert has been one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had.
I stayed here for 13 weeks, and from day one the entire staff made me feel less like a guest and more like family. Amanda, Chloe, Margo, Emma, Kassie, Lisa, Kai, Brandy, and Robert were all incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure I had everything I needed. No matter who was working, I was always greeted with a smile and treated with kindness and respect.
The hotel itself has everything you could ask for. The amenities are excellent, it's always clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere truly makes it feel like a home away from home. When you're on the road for work as much as I am, that's something you really appreciate.
It's rare to find a hotel where every member of the team consistently goes above and beyond, but that's exactly what this staff does. They made a long work assignment much easier and much more enjoyable.
I'll definitely be staying at this location again whenever I'm back in the area. Thank you to Amanda, Chloe, Margo, Emma, Kassie, Lisa, Kai, Brandy, Robert, and the entire Staybridge team for making my stay such a great experience. Keep up the outstanding work!”
