“Comfortable rooms, large TV, well equipped kitchenettes and full size refrigerators. Breakfast buffet was no-frills, but good selection. Electrical outlets and USB power ports abound, and they actually work!Rooms: Mattress was semi-firm, pillows were non-supportive (fold them over to get more support). Only one (office) chair, so the ottoman has to serve as a second chair at the roll-out table.”

“We stayed here for a couple nights for our wedding out in Mesa! We did a block for rooms and had many of our guests staying here as well. The hotel and rooms themselves were clean, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was very nice. The suite was very spacious for getting ready with hair and makeup artists as well. Very happy with our stay, helped make our wedding weekend great!”

“My whole family recently stayed here. It was amazing. The hotel staff was so nice and they really went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again. The place was clean and the breakfast was very nice.Rooms: The room was clean and the shower was very nice. We had enough hangers and space for our stuff. We enjoyed our stay.”

“I always stay at the Residence Inn in Gilbert when visiting Phoenix for my doctor's appointments at Banner Health. The staff are friendly and the rooms are comfortable and there are so many good restaurants in the area. It has really worked well for my needs.”

“Stayed here after a NYE party to avoid traveling great distance home. Our room was one of the remodeled recently from their current remodel phase. Their breakfast offers coffee with cocoa option, Oatmeal with mix ins, cereal and breads, Omlette, crisp bacon, and potato chunks, juices, and a mini waffle station that offered vanilla waffles or Blueberry waffles. Staff was very friendly.Nearby activities: Attended a party and didn't want to drive home that involved great distance.”

“My length of stay was 1 week at end of February 2024 which is considered the busiest time of year. I was able to reserve a very big and clean traditional room, despite all the seasonal and baseball training traffic, at the lowest price around. I had an issue with the t.v. and within minutes Cal, security/maintenance personnel at the property, had checked in with me and returned with a replacement. In less than a ten minute conversation, he had the old one off the wall and the new on it working perfectly. This is hands down the best extended stay I've ever stayed with and would recommend it to anyone in this area for any amount of time.Rooms: Cal the security/maintenance person was incredible at his job.Noteworthy details: Very big and clean.”

“Was at Double Tree for a home show in the event/ballroom. The home show was nice and the facility was very nice. Would be a great location for weddings, business seminars or other occasions.”
“Clean rooms and newer or at least doesn’t feel dated like some places. They have a fridge, microwave, and coffee in room so that was nice. They worked with me on getting my pet and there is also a couple slots for car charging which was nice. Raising Cane’s and Chick-Fil-A very close by. Desert Vet Specialists is also a 10 minute drive away.”
