“Check in staff was super friendly and very informative about housekeeping schedules as well as breakfast. Housekeeping was so friendly and saw them cleaning everyday which was refreshing. My room was ice ice cold and felt so nice after hot days outside.
Breakfast was delicious and the pancake machine was pretty neat our little one loved watching it make the pancakes thru the little window.
I definitely wouldn’t listen to the review from xxkizzlexx21 especially as it looks like he just gives every single place a 1 star and crappy rude comments.
Definitely will stay again!”

“My family and I spent two weeks at this location. The entire staff is fantastic! Billie (housekeeper), Bradly (I think that’s his name… younger man afternoon front desk) and Teresa were absolutely lovely! The breakfast was always so good and the area was always clean! We were blessed by everyone there!”
“Smelled and looked super clean. The room was larger and nicer than I would expect for a holiday inn express. They have a “courtesy van” that is not handicap accessible but was a very nice convenience for me. Most of the staff were super kind and helpful.”

“If your looking for a place to lay your head while your receiving treatment at MD Anderson Cancer Center, this is the place to stay because it's VERY CLEAN, the staff is the BEST - i have NEVER had a single rude or cranky employee., and I have stayed here probably 20 to 25 times, since I started my chemo treatments in May. Cleanliness has always been an important factor in where we stay, and this is by far an extremely clean Residence in, in Gilbert, Az. Love it, try it out for yourself. You won't be disappointed”

“Used to live in the area, and we needed a place to stay that was central to things to do, the freeway, and great places to eat at. Service was great. Continental breakfast was filling and accommodating. Definitely recommend! Good gym and pool area as well which is definitely needed during the hotter seasons.”

“TL;DR I'll keep it simple: the staff here is what makes the hotel. Doing more and offering excellent customer service even when the product you're selling may or may not be top shelf.
This property is about as middle of the road as it comes for a U.S. hotel. Suburban location serving the masses and not the million-miler types that expect executive lounges, dedicated check-in areas, etc. It's a place to sleep when you're away from home. I suspect it has always catered to the leisure market given its location as it's in an outlying suburban area near Williams-Gateway airport and shopping.
Rooms are spacious and newly-renovated (at least mine was). Basic amenities included like refrigerator that actually refrigerated and a microwave that actually microwaved.
But where this place really shines is the staff. A huge shout out to David at the front desk. I can't recall a hotel in the U.S. where a front-facing agent was TRULY and purposefully engaged with me. And not in a patronizing or artificial way. His exemplary thoughtfulness and demeanor is to be commended. His other late evening colleagues were just as friendly (can't recall names).”
