“The customer service I received from Yeisha was top notch. She was able to help me take care of several copies, scans, and documents that needed to be sent. She was very patient with me and was able to troubleshoot some issues I was having so that everything could be completed. Her demeanor was so positive, friendly, patient, and very refreshing - especially since I was overwhelmed with making sure everything I needed got done. When I goofed up and had to return to the store because I made an error, her male co-worker was so unhelpful that I asked if Yeisha was around to help me. She came from the back of the store where only employees have access and she was delightful, helpful, and took care of what I needed, despite her coworker adamantly refusing to help me. I hope to see her there again next time I need something.”

“I had a really positive experience with USPS that deserves recognition. I initially went in because of a mistake made by UPS, and even though the issue wasn’t USPS’s fault, the staff went above and beyond to help me resolve it.
They took the time to understand my situation, treated me with patience and professionalism, and made what could have been a frustrating experience feel easy and stress-free. What truly stood out was their willingness to help without hesitation—they even waived the fee for Priority Mail, which I genuinely appreciated.
It’s rare to encounter that level of kindness and customer service, especially when the problem didn’t originate with them. Their support turned a stressful situation into a positive one, and it speaks volumes about their dedication to helping customers.
