“I stopped by the UPS store to have some items returned to Amazon. I had Amazon send the UPC codes to my phone. When I spoke to the representative Katherine, she told me that I had checked the box marked Whole Foods and that's where I needed to return the items. I explained to her that I marked the wrong box and meant to mark the UPS store. She was kind enough to take the time to correct my mistake so store was able to accept the returns without me having to drive to Whole Foods.What wonderful customer service by employee Katherine. Times have changed and it's hard to find good customer service anymore. Thank you!”

I needed to fax a large volume of time-sensitive documents and was having difficulty getting it done. Carolyn came to my assistance and followed through with me until the job was done! “I was sorry to read that others have had bad experience at this location but I have always had pleasant exchange with the personnel there and they have also been knowledgeable with the services and helpful when I was confused. It’s always pretty busy for some reason and they move as fast they can while still maintaining a good attitude, at least on the occasions that I needed to drop by there. I have used it sporadically in the last 2 years or so since it’s the closest to my apt.”

“Ok so today I had a 75.00 dollar package that said it was delivered so I went out and it was no where to be found so of course I emailed them and got a response that it may take 3 days to resolve so I was stressing BUT!!!! I had someone from the post office come out and deliver it after hours… I was truly amazed by their response time!
