After the store manager, Jay, provided shipping information, and a reasonable quote, he and his team members, Tara, Mike and Remy, worked together to carefully pack and ship the family heirloom. They were upbeat, friendly and appeared to really care about the safe and secure delivery of the chair. I was notified by the recipient that the chair arrived intact without a scratch. It was so reassuring to have located a professional and caring team, that I recently requested the same crew to pack and ship another family heirloom to a museum! Thank you Jay, Tara, Mike and Remy. I could not be happier with selecting the UPS at Val Vista and Elliot!”

“I was sorry to read that others have had bad experience at this location but I have always had pleasant exchange with the personnel there and they have also been knowledgeable with the services and helpful when I was confused. It’s always pretty busy for some reason and they move as fast they can while still maintaining a good attitude, at least on the occasions that I needed to drop by there. I have used it sporadically in the last 2 years or so since it’s the closest to my apt.”

“Ok so today I had a 75.00 dollar package that said it was delivered so I went out and it was no where to be found so of course I emailed them and got a response that it may take 3 days to resolve so I was stressing BUT!!!! I had someone from the post office come out and deliver it after hours… I was truly amazed by their response time! “Priscilla at the Gilbert USPS is a super star. She called me at home within 5 min of me submitting a request on the contact form about a package that went to my old address. I missed her call but she left me a detailed message and ensured she’d track down my package and that she would follow up with me. When I got home the next day my package had been delivered and as promised, Priscilla called me to make sure I got my package. I was blown away that a real person responded so quickly and then followed through as promised. Good customer service is hard to find and Priscilla and the Gilbert USPS delivered! Thank you!”
