“i’m writing this for my wife I was able to bring in her vehicle to fish’s hitches after discussion and explanation of what I needed, we decided on a certain hitch for my wife’s SUV and paid for it upfront and did a great job of work, and even though it took him a little bit longer than he anticipated, there was no up charge for the service and he was very knowledgeable and fair and I would use him again in a heartbeat. I’ve previously experienced U-Haul service for receiver, hitches, and is very dependent on who you have most our recently trained and in the past I’ve had to bring it back at least one time or so because they did not finish the job at U-Haul. There was no concern this time couldn’t recommend a more highly.”
“Robert called to let me know I left my garage door opener in the u haul truck I rented. Went to pick it up over a week later and Kathy was on duty and handed me the remote after I had identified it .She was extremely polite with lots of smiles while chatting with me. “Great experience with my rental. Only issue I had was when getting the code for the key, what the website said did not match how the lock boxes were numbered at the location. So it took extra time and the staff had to come out and tell me which box it was. Other than that, super easy process and great vehicle.”
