“We had a reservation online and we’re having a bit of trouble getting checked in through the app. Robinson, I believe he was one of the managers, saw our strained look in the parking lot and invited us inside to make our check in easy. He was extremely kind, prompt and professional. He knew we were going one way & across the valley so he offered us an extra 35 complimentary miles to make our day easier. This was something we hadn’t even asked for, he just wanted to make sure we were taken care of from start to finish! I was so thankful & so impressed with his quality of service!!”

“We were all checked out and noticed our truck being pulled around (it was a little older model) The lady that helped us inside came out and asked the team member to go get us a brand new truck because she noticed how far we were going to be driving!
