UMB Bank provides fast and friendly service at its branches and drive-thru, with many customers reporting no waiting. The staff are consistently described as professional, personable, and caring, often greeting clients by name and making them feel valued and welcomed. Customers highlight excellent assistance with consolidating debt and understanding financial details. While there was a past glitch during a transition, those details have been ironed out. Support from both local tellers and online services receives high praise. Many long-time clients, some banking with UMB for decades or since its Meridian days, highly recommend it as a great bank with a personal touch.
I highly recommend UMB and have banked with them since 1998. I would not, however, do another commercial loan with UMB as long as Frank Gorman works UMB.
