I called him back for an appt and he agreed and asked what vehicles I wanted to see and to give him the numbers and he would have them ready when I came in, which he did. In speaking to him, he came in for our appt, since Sunday was his day off. He walked me through the process, cut out a lot of the sales presentation, was straight forward and got things moving. Through the cars.com website I scheduled an appointment to go see the car the next day. I received a text message shortly after confirming the appointment. I met with Daniel the next day. “After reading negative reviews I feel that I have to respond with a POSITIVE review after having my 2011 Ford Fusion SEL serviced by a family owned automotive repair shop l took it to SANTAN FORD after being told that I should NOT drive the car as it ABSOLUTELY needed a new water pump valve cover gasket and a Major tune up I spoke with Mike the service manager explained my problem he took my Fusion in kept it for 4days provided pressure test temperature test checked for leaks did NOT find Anything wrong $0 charge and a rental car to drive $0 charge That's SERVICE kudos to Mike and everyone at SANTAN FORD for Honesty and no Bull business practices THANKS a Bunch”
