Planned to have a mechanic look at it but with the warranty I was able to buy same day, take to a mechanic and confirmed no major issues. “I called around all day trying to find someone who could help with a pedal adjustment issue. My pedals were stuck, and I kept getting the runaround from different shops. Most places wanted around $200 just for a diagnostic fee, and the Chevy dealership told me it would be two weeks before they could even look at the vehicle. Needless to say, it was frustrating and not very helpful.
I then called The Car Guy of Chandler, and Gene answered the phone right away. I explained the issue, and he told me to come down and he would take a look at it. When I arrived, he immediately stopped what he was doing to help me.
Within minutes he checked the pedals and got them working again. I was honestly in awe and extremely grateful. He likely saved me hundreds—if not close to $1,000—in unnecessary diagnostic fees, labor, and parts replacement.
