“What can I say about Costco? It's Overly crowded, has an overpriced membership and on most products it's actually expensive. And each year everything seems more and more. It feels like it's no longer a good buy for most stuff. What keeps us hooked? Gas Samples, cheap hot dog and generous return policy lol. Warning dont try to use a friend's membership card. They might take your arm if you get caught haha!”

“Sometimes this Costco has something the Mesa one does not or we are close by, so we stop. Being in Gilbert we end up paying 1.5% sales tax on food, while there is no sales tax on food in Mesa, so it is our second choice. It is a good store and if we are after non-food items it does not matter if we buy it here or in Mesa.”

“They have a great food court but it is similar to other Costco's around town. They are usually slammed full of people so sometimes it is better to go to a Costco that is less busy for the food court items. They are actually all around really busy. I went to the tire store and it took a really long time to get customer service. There was even a customer people watching how long it took. He said he was glad he wasn't in line. I even called another Costco while waiting and was able to get a response from them while waiting at this Costco. I feel like going to other Costco's are faster and friendlier. They sell milk tea here which is interesting. I have also seen milk tea mochi that I liked a lot. It tastes pretty good when I am in the mood for milk tea and am unable to get to a milk tea shop or don't want to make my own. Making milk tea isn't too hard but getting the flavors right can be.”

“About 1 1/2 weeks ago I got a pink slip to pick up a package. This package contained medication for my heart. I went to the Elliot location like the slip said and after about 15 minutes of looking for it he couldnt find it but said its supposed to be delivered today. That didn't make sense to me sense I recieved a slip to pick it up. He told me to try giving the Fiesta location a call sometimes the carriers for their location will get packages from Fiesta. I gave a call to this location Fiesta...and boy oh boy did I have an excellent customer service situation. Shefah handled my concern she was able to calm me down since I was panicking my medication was lost, she said she'd give me a call as soon as she got a hold of the carrier. A few hours later she gave me a call and told me the carrier didnt get to scan it in and deliver it but she would come by later on and meet me to give it to me. Denise the carrier gave my package apologized for the mishap even though it wasn't her fault. Both Shefah and Denise went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I hope nothing happens again with delivering my medication or any package but if it does I Shefah and Denise get to provide that excellent customer service again. Thank you again ladies!”
