“Very friendly employees. They don't seem too strict about appointment times. Make sure to have your own pen and wear your mask properly. The docks had plenty of room to back the trailer, and they loaded my trailer very fast. No need to slide tandems here, and there is an empty warehouse next door that you can finish out a break at. I would definitely come back here again.”
“Had a 6am appointment. Arrived at 5:30, assigned a door immediately, and was out of there in less than 30 minutes. Maybe because I was first, I don’t know, but my experience was great. The staff is very friendly. The warehouse worker was actually opening my door while I was about to go in and ask for a wire cutter. No need to slide tandems. Yes, it’s a very tight squeeze and make sure you enter from the side street. If you arrive early, there aren’t any places to park overnight. Even along the side streets. There are plenty of spaces, but you’re chancing it with all the NO PARKING signs everywhere. I parked overnight behind the warehouse and wasn’t bothered, but that’s up to you. Apparently, the city wants their crap delivered on time, but expect us to just simply vanish for 10 hours when the clock runs out. Very inconsiderate, but that’s a different story.”

“An Amazon driver saw that my U.S. flag was blown down and on the ground and he stopped to pick it up!!! He was folding it properly and I happened to be sitting in my backyard when I saw him walk up to my gate to leave my flag... he didn’t even have to stop as he didn’t have a delivery... that was so wonderful of him. I failed to get his name but I think he should be commended for going above and beyond and being a good citizen. My cross streets are McClintock and Warner and it happened on Friday, January 22nd, around 2:00pm!!! Thank you so much young man!!!”
