“I have ordered from Andy's On-Line a few times now- yesterday I had a question about an online order I'd prepaid; as it also had a pre-order item just arriving: I wanted to add another item to keep my shipping cost down, and couldn't do this on-line.
I called and spoke with Jennifer- SHE WAS OUTSTANDING- also- I had a question on an Aber Barrel for a Tamiya Jagdtiger- she connected me to a nice man in the warehouse who answered my question immediately... and this is during Christmas Season Madness! Polite- NICE- Professional and very kind people. So I want to to let ALL of YOU know- and Andy too- what a great staff! Also- with their flat rate shipping- take your time and order ALL items that your local hobby store can't provide you with to save some cash. (Spread your money to your local hobby shops to if we want to keep them in business!).
It's interesting- I've followed Andy for many years- since the start of pandemic- and have learned much- enjoyed his builds and tutorials- the man is a talented and highly intelligent, educated business person as well- look at the growth here- and that he hired managers of a similar mindset as himself it seems- who then hired their own staff with similar positive, professional, Friendly and knowledgeable- (unless he hired all the staff!)- watched the changes- Good Job.
