They looked at me not one, several times.and they started to talk as a group of 3 and not even say something
The manager came to me but too late.
I am sad about this location ? They hace a job and because of this vendors we just stop going to their location

“My Fiancé and I got our engagement rings here, and we could not be happier. I worked closely with Jessica to design my ring, and it turned out utterly perfect. She is so friendly, talented, and accommodating and it was a pleasure to work with her. She made the ring of my dreams come to life! The process was so easy and customizable: I told her what I wanted and showed her inspiration pictures, and she hand drew four different ideas for a ring. Once I approved them, she made a wax model that I could try on with the gemstones, and a digital rendering so I could see it. Then, once I approved that, she made the actual ring! I love that you can try on the dimensions and see what the ring will look like before you approve the final design, and she was super accommodating with the changes I wanted. The ring turned out more gorgeous than I imagined, I can't stop looking at my hand! She helped me pick out a ring for my Fiancé as well. If you want a stunning ring, as well as an amazing customer service experience, work with Jessica, you won't regret it. I will treasure my ring forever!”
“Cute boutique with lots of cute items inside. Finally found a stadium approved pouch!!! The owner is very nice and shared some of the background information on things offered in the store. There's plenty of parking but you guys look for the location. We found it walking pass. Perhaps GPS ON YOUR PHONE might take you to its front door. Yes, I'll ship here again if I need any last min gifts or items that are usually hard to find elsewhere. The only drawback for me is that the receipt doesn't list its location but only list shopping online. Bravo to this store and it's Owner.”
“I went in thinking I was going to try to be upsold on a ring I wouldn’t be interested in; however, as soon as I walked in Gwen helped me find something I would love. We sat and discussed what I was looking for. I threw her some ideas and she helped me find the ring of my dreams. She even helped me custom design a wedding band to go perfectly with the engagement ring we found together. I’m so thankful that she took the time to listen to what I personally wanted and we conjoined our ideas to find the perfect ring.”

There is antiques glassware, dolls, dishes, toys, original made barbie doll dresses, jewelry from old to homemade, pictures, kitchen towels and more.”
“The women who work here are seriously the sweetest and kindest women I've encountered at a store. My daughter and her friend went in to use a gift card for my daughter's birthday and they had gone inside before me... i entered the store and saw one of the workers talking to them and I'm like oh no. But as i got closer, i heard both kids say thank you so much and they came over to show me that the lady gave them these handmade keychains with their initials after hearing it was my daughter's birthday and that her friends birthday was at the end of the month and the lady and her shared the same bday. It was such an incredible gesture of kindness and they treat everyone, no matter their age, with such respect and care. They also have the best selection of Kendra Scott jewelry and the biggest Jellycat stuffed animals selection that I've seen!! Love this place so much”
“I showed up about an hour and a half before close, and the gentleman was leaving to go get a customer item xrayed. He was willing to stay and miss the xray for me. I obviously refused to have him do that, but its rare to have people willing to inconvenience themselves to assist you. “Best pawn shop in the valley! Staff are always nice and helpful. I've been shopping here for years and they always go the extra mile to help out. They go above and beyond beyond with customer service. I was looking for a particular style of ring, they didn't have it at the time but took down my name and number. A week later I got a call! Super fair price and a stunning ring! Great selection of beautiful jewelry, Handbags, tools, video games and firearms. It is nice to have a store that both my hubby and I want to shop at, lol. Honestly this is the only pawn shop in the valley I regularly shop at due to their employees and their selection. Highly recommend!”
“I had a slightly negative experience at a Pandora authorized retailer, I'm so glad they have this spot in the mall! I'm terrible at remembering names but I believe it was Yasmine? (Long dark hair, working 10/24 around 5-6pm) sorry if I got your name wrong but she was A W E S O M E. The store was busy when I arrived so I waited to exchange my butterfly clasp bracelet because I didn't like how that clasp is designed. Not only did she help me find the perfect fit but the orginal one I wanted (the daisy clasp) was the last one in my size....it was meant to be! She helped me sign up for the rewards program and informed me about the perks. She even sold me on the extended warranty only offered in stores (big mistake on Pandoras part for not marketing this heavier!!) I will be coming back (even though I dislike the mall) because of her awesome, friendly, quick service!”
