The only sad thing here isn't this specific place is that 2 ladies were ignoring me yesterday because l wanted to do a cleaning on my jewelry
They looked at me not one, several times.and they started to talk as a group of 3 and not even say something
The manager came to me but too late.
I am sad about this location ? They hace a job and because of this vendors we just stop going to their location

“I went in thinking I was going to try to be upsold on a ring I wouldn’t be interested in; however, as soon as I walked in Gwen helped me find something I would love. We sat and discussed what I was looking for. I threw her some ideas and she helped me find the ring of my dreams. She even helped me custom design a wedding band to go perfectly with the engagement ring we found together. I’m so thankful that she took the time to listen to what I personally wanted and we conjoined our ideas to find the perfect ring.”

“Out of all the pawn shops that I have visited, USA pawn and jewelry on Bethany Home and 67th Ave. was by far, the most pleasant and professional one I've been to. “My Fiancé and I got our engagement rings here, and we could not be happier. I worked closely with Jessica to design my ring, and it turned out utterly perfect. She is so friendly, talented, and accommodating and it was a pleasure to work with her. She made the ring of my dreams come to life! The process was so easy and customizable: I told her what I wanted and showed her inspiration pictures, and she hand drew four different ideas for a ring. Once I approved them, she made a wax model that I could try on with the gemstones, and a digital rendering so I could see it. Then, once I approved that, she made the actual ring! I love that you can try on the dimensions and see what the ring will look like before you approve the final design, and she was super accommodating with the changes I wanted. The ring turned out more gorgeous than I imagined, I can't stop looking at my hand! She helped me pick out a ring for my Fiancé as well. If you want a stunning ring, as well as an amazing customer service experience, work with Jessica, you won't regret it. I will treasure my ring forever!”

“Cute boutique with lots of cute items inside. Finally found a stadium approved pouch!!! The owner is very nice and shared some of the background information on things offered in the store. There's plenty of parking but you guys look for the location. We found it walking pass. Perhaps GPS ON YOUR PHONE might take you to its front door. Yes, I'll ship here again if I need any last min gifts or items that are usually hard to find elsewhere. The only drawback for me is that the receipt doesn't list its location but only list shopping online. Bravo to this store and it's Owner.”

“The women who work here are seriously the sweetest and kindest women I've encountered at a store. My daughter and her friend went in to use a gift card for my daughter's birthday and they had gone inside before me... i entered the store and saw one of the workers talking to them and I'm like oh no. But as i got closer, i heard both kids say thank you so much and they came over to show me that the lady gave them these handmade keychains with their initials after hearing it was my daughter's birthday and that her friends birthday was at the end of the month and the lady and her shared the same bday. It was such an incredible gesture of kindness and they treat everyone, no matter their age, with such respect and care. They also have the best selection of Kendra Scott jewelry and the biggest Jellycat stuffed animals selection that I've seen!! Love this place so much”

“YASMINE IS THE BEST! (Maybe Yasmeen?) Went yesterday to exchange a gifted bracelet that was too large. Unfortunately they didn’t have it in stock in gold but Yasmine was able to fit me and find my correct size after a quick look at my wrist (was so impressed by this) and verified it by fitting me. Went above and beyond to find the bracelet in stock at so many locations calling everywhere on my behalf unfortunately was unable to find a local store that had it but luckily I did eventually find it in stock in Chandler later that day. This isn’t my local Pandora just had a nearby hair appointment but I would return here after this experience.”
