We returned with the ring and the staff had all the confidence in the world their jewelry could re- size the ring. Wow, when it was completed, the ring fit perfectly on my wife's hand.

I got a gift for Christmas was not able to even wear the bracelet due to a clasp challenge so it was an unworn still in the gift bag with my name on it I simply wanted to exchange it for the same item store manager told me I have to ship it off to be repaired I'm like I don't want to have to come back.. that is completely inconveniencing me as a customer this is an unworn item I'll simply return it.. so I did for an in-store credit and then proceeded to purchase the same item with my in-store credit..”
