“I went out on black Friday to pick up my target order. I had ordered 2 items and when I recieved them both were wrong. I ordered them for delivery and didn't go back to return them until later. When I did go to return them the woman that helped me at the Glendale target was very apologetic and gave me a $5 gift card for my inconvenience. She was just a genuinely nice person and it came across. It's not often I find people like that anymore.”
“Linda L is a very good cashier and was very helpful when it came time to pay. I had planned on paying cash and she informed me that if I used my Kohls Card, I would get 15% off my purchase. It was about a $30 savings but I really didn’t want to charge these items. She then said I could charge the items and then make a payment with my cash for it right afterwards. Doing it that way saved me $30 and added nothing to my balance. Great customer service from her and Koh’ls should recognize her for being a valuable employee. She could not have been nicer!”

“It's not everyday that you find out you're wearing pants a couple of sizes too big. I walked in thinking I was a size 8. I left knowing I was a size 4 and a new outfit in hand. The associate that helped us (because shopping is better if you don't do it alone) was very nice, friendly, and quick to help us. The fitting rooms were well maintained whereas the merchandise tables were a little messy, but that is to be expected. The women's clothing department is quite large and we came on a Saturday, we couldn't expect it to be perfect. Because the store was so nice I am now placing an online order.”

“I wish I could give the ladies more than 5 stars. I purchased a new dress blue jacket for my husband's funeral and needed the stripes sewn on and the new shirts cleaned and pressed. I needed it in 3 days. They pulled off a miracle and got the strips sewn on within minutes so the jacket could be taken to get cleaned. The nice blonde lady whom I didn't get her name waited until the stripes were sewn on so it could be taken in that days outgoing to be back in time.To my surprise it was done by the very next day. They don't know how much this touched me as nothing had gone right up until this day. Them taking just a little extra time and care made all the difference in my life at a very difficult time. I had tears but this time they were happy tears because someone cared enough to show me kindness, understanding and compassion. They made a very stressful and difficult time a lot more manageable. The lady who had sewn on the stripes, the lady behind the counter and the nice blonde lady with the pretty curls who helped me I wish there was more I could do for you. I hope you enjoy the flowers it was just a small token of my appreciation for all you had done for me. I'm sure my husband is smiling down from heaven and is also truly grateful someone showed me understanding and was willing to help me to make him look sharp as he always was in his uniform. Again, I can't thank you all enough and there aren't enough words to really describe how grateful and blessed I truly feel. Thank you. I will always pay it forward as I've done many times and it finally made its way back around to me by God putting this group of 3 women in my life this day. Things happen for a reason and God knew I was struggling with all that had gone wrong. I truly felt they cared and did everything so right. There was a military female trying on fatigues and I made her smile and laugh with a story I told about my last name and my husband. I hope that made her day because everyone there made mine.”

“This neighborhood market is clean normally stock well , employee 's are friendly . I would like to mention a young cashier who was extremely helpful , Briana got me a bag of veggies, that she noticed was open . She went quickly to get a replacement and was very polite . She helped me with a heavy case of water. Also was very engaging and had us laughing , by the end of the checkout. While some Walmart's are devoid of customer service , this one is working to improve there's. This Walmart is going in the right direction. ?”

“Jon supervisor/manager at this location is absolutely amazing! I purchased diapers from a different location when I opened them realized they were made incorrectly, making them nonfunctional. I called over 20 times to the location I originally purchased from and was treated horribly and hung up on. I called explained I don't have a receipt I paid cash and no longer have the box (as I didn't intend to have to exchange) Jon said come on down with the diapers and we will exchange them for you. He called it pleasing the customer. Hands down this man turned my whole mood around because he was willing to help, since the other location 59th ave and bell is a joke and has incredibly rude unhelpful customer service /employees.
