“My family n myself switched to AT&T during a promo offering free phones with 3 year contract. Had a little mixup with one of the phones we shipped out n Christian stayed after closing working on the issue and Austin completed the transaction the following day. I would say both these young men were knowledgeable, patient and went above and beyond with getting to the resolution. Great store, great employees”

“So I went in to buy a phone today, Mary made it an easy transaction and explained everything's that would take place in detail. But the reason I give 4 stars is mainly for Miguel and the acting manager at the time. A customer they were trying to help cursed them out with every word. That customer was slamming stuff on the counter and both tmobile reps kept their professionalism as he had his toddler tantrum due to the price of a phone. As an employed person myself, I would expect never to have to deal with some one constantly speaking to me like that. I had to hold my tongue. I wanted to tell the reps "DO NOT HELP HIM! HOW ARE U ASKING FOR HELP BY CURSING AND YELLING?" I don't like that the manager requires their employees to endure this type of behavior. As soon as that customer called them out their names, he should've been asked to leave. That protocol should really be a topic in your next meeting.”

“Store is kinda hidden in the back parking lot beside Ranch Market.of.. Employee Elvis is super friendly and professional. Got a new Apple Cosmic Orange 17 Pro Max for only $2.99 more a month for 36 months. I'm locked into a new 36 month contract but I've been with AT & T for 30 years so a new contract is not a big deal.”

I ported my number in from a competitor who was giving me too much run around and I’m grateful that Sylvia and her store manager were there for me in my time of need. Not only did they help me get into a new phone and plan for an amazing rate, they got me into an iPhone 13!!!! I am in LOVE with this phone and the price point! The competitor company was giving me so much drama I was worried these guys at boost mobile was going to give up on me and tell me to go somewhere else. They did not!
They want my business and they stuck through the thick with me and helped me get my issues sorted out in a very timely manner! They are professional, patient, kind, and very hardworking! 100/100 recommend! Don’t walk, run there and get your iPhone 13 before they run out!”

“First & only event I’ve been to this location: a couple weeks ago, I brought in a “new” [refurbished] iPhone I had gotten online elsewhere that was adjusted to be “unlocked” to use with MetroPCS- who I’ve had for about 4 years now. I’ve been to countless different locations to pay my bill with cash, or get an upgrade, etc.I’d never before, tried to use a phone I didn’t buy with them. Usually the upgrades help a big discount, and they’ve got good phones. Personally, I do whatever I can to avoid going in debt for a phone, so my monthly payment is LOW, just the text+call+data package is only $35/month!!This time around tho, when I needed a new phone, I happened to find a quick discount deal online, elsewhere. This new phone, I realized it wasn’t going to be a “guarantee” that it would work, bc it wasn’t one of their own. I wanted to try it, tho. The 2 ladies working there were very sweet & patient — as we figured out transferring my same phone number & services. Guess what? It all worked out smoothly. I had to pay a transfer fee, but I don’t mind—bc their time is valuable, I wasn’t expecting it would be free. Metro-PCS is simple & cheap!! Why pay more anywhere else?!Also, a note on the general environment inside the store: clean, organized, good lighting! Can clearly see everything for sale!!”
