“I needed to order dog food and poultry food. I spoke with DJ. I was very confused about purchasing my stuff online as I've never done that before with my new credit card. It was pretty confusing for me because I could not understand how to enter the information causing me to become very frustrated and fearful. I may have entered the information incorrectly. The app for tractor supply is pretty much straightforward and simple to use very user-friendly. However, I figured out what the problem was with my card and everything went very smoothly from that point on. Today my customer service person was absolutely wonderful and I thank you tractor supply for hiring an exceptional employee such as DJ.”

“With the closing of the 99 cent store, this spot has come to fill the void for inexpensive sustenance. They have limited fresh groceries but on my last visit they were selling apples. I've been to the Sacramento location and they carried fresh goods. Perhaps in the future more options may come. If you do go, leave yourself some extra time to truly peruse the aisles and expiration dates on the goods.”

“Today was my dog’s first trip to PetSmart, and we had a great experience! The store was clean, well-organized, and had a huge selection of everything a pet could need—from food and treats to toys, beds, and grooming supplies. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making our visit even more enjoyable.
My pup loved exploring the store and checking out all the new sights and smells. It was easy to find what we needed, and the variety of products was impressive. We will definitely be coming back for future pet shopping trips. Highly recommend for any pet owner!

“Excellent service! They respond quickly and always keep you updated on your order. They can even have it delivered to your door which is perfect for me because I am disabled and unable to drive. Suzy’s is the only place I trust for my dog’s raw food so if you are looking to start your pup on a raw food diet Suzy’s is the best place to get it. My dog Obie has always been a picky eater but with Suzy’s raw food he has no problems eating his food anymore. He also gives a 5 star rating. His health has improved so much as well. Just a tip, a lot of veterinarians are not big on a raw food diet. They tend to push more for the regular kibble that has so many unnecessary ingredients, so it is actually best to find a vet that specializes on the raw food diets as well.”

“You have some of the same products that I’ve been purchasing at PetSmart and you charge two dollars more also you sell Smart Bones . they have been treated with radiation if you look at the back of the bag, there is a round circle that says treated by a radiation that is not acceptable. It can cause liver problems in dogs.”
“Took my boy to get a bath and nails trimmed. Carolina took real good care of him. I thought he would be crazy cuz he is really playful but she brushed his teeth too and when I picked him up it was just another day for him.”

“If you're coming in with anything bigger than a box truck, do yourself a favor and come IN FROM THE SOUTH. It'll make it MUCH easier to be facing the correct direction to get in the dock.
Take 59th ave off of buckeye (the frontage road, that only goes north!) Turn on Washington, then 57th. Come in the first gate and you'll be all set up to back into the docks. Cars parked on the street makes getting in/out a little snug, but not terrible.

“On 6/13 I had an appointment for my puppy to get shots. Unfortunately the doctor called off. Hudson stayed calm, was very professional, was able to take my number and call me when a doctor was able to come in. When I came back in later that morning it was busy. The staff was very nice, answered all my questions and concerns. Sage was able to be seen and had a very good appointment. Thank you to all the staff for all you do.”

“This is the absolute best place to get a dog of a specific breed. Whether that be a pure breed or special mix breed they’ve usually got or can get it. The staff are kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Something that stuck out to me the most as a mom with kids on the spectrum was how patient the staff was with my kids. They helped with acquainting the dogs with each child and helped find the best fit for our family. They also allowed us to come in to visit and sit with the different dogs as often as we needed to ensure we were making the right choice. When we finally figured out which pup was best for us, we were able to walk out confident that we made the right choice. The pups are expensive but you get exactly what you pay for and that’s top of the line. They pups are very well taken care of and I would go as far to say they are pampered lol. They are really running a puppy spa if you ask me. When you walk in the store you forget that it’s a pet store because it smells so fresh and clean. They keep pins sparkling and change the bedding every time one of them goes. They go all out in making sure that it’s disinfected properly not only in the pin but in the visiting spaces. What I really like is they make everyone sanitize in between with pup and have a 2 pup limit per visit due to making sure the puppies arent cross contaminating. So you can walk away knowing you aren’t getting a sickly puppy. I’m a single mom and could afford to get the puppy out right and they were able to help me finagle a monthly payment plan that allowed us the chance to take our baby home. Anyways….overall I give this place a 20/10”
