She helped me through each step and we were absolutely thrilled when our 800 40-page booklets were delivered on time and beautifully done! “Purchased something online, as many of us have been doing lately. One of the return options was to bring the item into a FedEx store. This location was near where I was. Two employees were working. One employee was helping a customer with a papercutter, while the other one was working the register. A few customers were in the store. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Along with packing and shipping supplies, this location has stationary, pen, and that sort of thing.”
“Bria is absolutely AMAZING!! I came in to get a notary seal done, and the dmv did not inform me that I needed to sign the request form in front of somebody. I explained to Bria that the lady at the dmv printed the request form for me and I that I was lost on what to do. Bria took the time to go on google find the correct website and printed a new request form for me. Bria notarized the request form and sent me on my way. It’s not too often you find someone that I’ll go the extra mile for you especially nowadays! This will be my new spot and I will recommend this place for everyone to go to. Thank you, Bria!”

“Usually a good place that has nice associates and moves pretty fast and a lot can be done there and open 7 days. However, the llast couple of days the have been cranking the music up so that its hard to communicate and today's music had heavy metal that was loud, crude, unbearable and obnoxious. If there is going to be music let it be soft and peaceful.”

“I recently had my first visit to this location and my only regret is not coming sooner. I came in looking for a new desk chair, upon walking in I was immediately greeted by Bobby who directed me to the area for desk chairs. In the process of checking out, the gentleman grabbed a new/boxed chair and brought it to the front, checked me out, helped me create a Staples account through the QR code, and loaded the chair in the cart with no hesitancy! Bobby's willingness to help and engage with customers truly made a seamless and unmatched visit!!
I also found the location to be heavily stocked on day-to-day needs with good deals and even better deals on the app.
