“Bria is absolutely AMAZING!! I came in to get a notary seal done, and the dmv did not inform me that I needed to sign the request form in front of somebody. I explained to Bria that the lady at the dmv printed the request form for me and I that I was lost on what to do. Bria took the time to go on google find the correct website and printed a new request form for me. Bria notarized the request form and sent me on my way. It’s not too often you find someone that I’ll go the extra mile for you especially nowadays! This will be my new spot and I will recommend this place for everyone to go to. Thank you, Bria!”

“Purchased something online, as many of us have been doing lately. One of the return options was to bring the item into a FedEx store. This location was near where I was. Two employees were working. One employee was helping a customer with a papercutter, while the other one was working the register. A few customers were in the store. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Along with packing and shipping supplies, this location has stationary, pen, and that sort of thing.”
“As many try to run errands Post Office, Prescriptions and UPS store for Amazon drop offs. I had just finished all those errands, with an error that wasnt caught before leaving UPS store. When I first called an employee after trying to get some assistance hung up. When I called back I spoke to a Elias; I explained what happened, and asked if he could help me with correcting a return so my Amazon product that I dropped off for return and the return could complete correctly. Not only did Elias help me, but he followed up with me by phone and email. In today’s interactions with customer service employees it’s rare for them to listen first; mostly you get the “No” you’ll have to come back to store and hopefully the item doesn’t get lost. Elias provided exemplary customer service which luckily took only a few minutes of his time to resolve, if you use this UPS PLEASE say a big HI to Elias. Thank you Elias!! The store is lucky to have you working there.”

“Because they were open Saturday from 4:57 pm until 5 pm, and I was happy because I was able to ship my package. They were very kind, even though it was almost closing time. They were very kind, they checked my package and made me happy. My Saturday and Sunday were great, and I didn't even have to wait until Monday to ship it.
