“This is the 1st time I came to the store, however, I find this UPS location has a great welcoming atmosphere. The minute I walked into the store, I can see that the friendly staff was serving a customer, and she take a few seconds to address me and have me wait for a little while she is serving the customer. Her warm and smiling face makes me feel welcome. Even though I was just there to drop off my Amazon return package, she still handled my package with care and asked all my questions. Even the store manager was very nice and friendly as well. I use to go to the UPS near Fry’s at Loop 101 and 59th Ave close to my house, but the staffs at loop 101 & 59th are terrible. After my last visit (July 30) at 79th & Bell (next to Einstein Bagel), I’ll only go to the 79th & Bell location for package shipping. This is a great UPS store.”

“I've both sold and bought from iSold It On eBay. Buying from them couldn't be easier. They constantly update inventory on their eBay page. Once you buy it, you can choose to pick up locally and skip shipping fees.For selling, they are very transparent with what will and won't sell. Yes, it does take some time to be paid, but they provide ways to track the process all the way to tracking your check once it's mailed to you.I will continue to buy from them and also sell items with them that I'd rather not list myself. They do all the work of photography, pricing and listing the item. I can then sit back and watch the listing until it sells.”

“Needed some information on some services that UPS provides and the young associate behind the counter was very nice, but didn’t seem too knowledgeable regarding my inquiry. He did ask the manager about it and she was able to help both of us. Unfortunately, the cost of doing business has gone up quite a bit, otherwise this would have been 5 stars. All things considered, it was still a very pleasant experience.”

“I literally just picked up a photo “poster” from this shop and I am so grateful I’m posting a review now. I wanted a photo collage printed for my Nana’s funeral and after I emailed them my digital copy I realized that I didn’t include her name or birthday / day of passing. The women at the front created a banner around the collage and it looks absolutely beautiful. I even cried at the counter when I picked it up just now I hope no one else I know dies soon but when they do I’ll get my collage printed at this fedex.”

“Purchased something online, as many of us have been doing lately. One of the return options was to bring the item into a FedEx store. This location was near where I was. Two employees were working. One employee was helping a customer with a papercutter, while the other one was working the register. A few customers were in the store. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Along with packing and shipping supplies, this location has stationary, pen, and that sort of thing.”

“I didn’t interact with any staff members, just dropped off my prepackaged and labeled box in their package Dropbox. They got my package to the right destination very quickly and with no damage.”
“My regular route driver is Kara and this woman goes above and beyond every day. She is so professional and is very cognizant about the fact that she is delivering not just mail but someones belongings. She is kind, caring and there whenever I have questions or concerns about packages. Even following up on specific packages when there is any interruption or issues.
This last week I had an issue with a package not being scanned in by a different driver (which I understand happens) but I was following up on the issue because this specific package had $350 worth of items in it. I was very anxious not knowing where it was at all and I have unfortunately had mail go missing in the past. I came in and spoke with Edward and he was the most polite and professional postal manager I have had interactions with. I ship quite often and a lot of times when I have questions they get shrugged off or no one really has an answer. Edward followed up with the sub driver to confirm details and continued to check the tracking. He called me this morning to let me know that it arrived in the destination city which was very thoughtful considering most people wouldn't do that.
These two workers deserve recognition for their hard work and thoughtfulness. I cant say enough good things about this last experience with them.”
