“I wanted some “ memories”booklets, banners, bookmarks, and poster boards printed for a celebration of life. I had never done this before & Kaden siat down with me for 45 minutes and showed me on the computer what all these things would look like. He tried different colors, different print size , different styles of print and it was so helpful at a very difficult time in my life in losing a loved one. I so appreciated his time and patience with me and the results came out just beautifully.. I went in a second time to order some different things a few days later and spoke with Nathaniel and he was exceptional too in helping me determine what I needed. In addition to being so helpful their prices are so much better than Kinko’s. Kiko wanted you to bring in a design you had done and I’m not capable of that and their pricing was so much higher than Postnet. I highly recommend POSTNET in Ahwatukee to anyone. They also have franchisees in the Chicago area where most of my family lives and two of my relatives have gone into the Chicago-Westmont Illinois location just recently and found them to be very helpful too.”

“I just had a pre-labeled FedEx package to drop off. They were very patiently helping another customer and knew I was waiting, so they excused themselves long enough to help me and then went back to her. This is no different than a FedEx store front, where they scan in your item and present you the receipt. I don't ship often, but I will come back here when I do. They also sell helium balloons, so I will stop by when I need some on my way to a party at Peter Piper, right next door.”

“We have used this Pack n Ship location as a mail and general business service center since 2010. The business has changed hands 3 times in the following 15 + years and each owner offered reasonable services. It changed dramatically for the better though, in about 2017/18 when Les and Deborah F. acquired the location and began a series of service improvements.
These have included refinements and upgrades from mailing options to passport photos, to fingerprinting, to document shredding, printing flyers and brochures, document finishing, a range of office supplies, coordinated shipping with FedEx/UPS/DHL/USPS, stamps and even notary public services.
I used other groups/companies for many of the above services - until I discovered how unique this location was, beginning when Les and Deborah acquired the business.
Les seems like he is always there . He and his associates make this family owned business a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!”
“I had a requirement to move half a million dollars of sensitive IT equipment from a Datacenter Phoenix to London, UK. I do not have staff on hand in the US so had to co-ordinate between Craters and Freighters and Datacenter Staff to organise the packing and shipping of the hardware.
Craters and Freighters were really good at guiding me through the process and keeping in touch. When I went to London to collect the hardware it was very well packaged and was all installed and working with no issues. I was honestly expecting at least some minor issues as the equipment is sensitive but it was well packed and all worked perfectly once installed. I will definitely use them again as I have a requirement to ship further hardware later in the year.”

“They installed an LG washer and dryer. They came on time and did a great job in installation and haul away. They also checked to ensure everything was working properly. Both guys were friendly and took the time to answer all our questions. I would definitely recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.”
