“I was notified that our kitchen cabinets would be delivered early. the delivery men gave me a 45 minute heads up that they were on their way. there were 48 boxes and the men were very helpful and professional getting them all into our house for staging. all boxes arrived in good shape and every item was scanned and picture takin. I would highly recommend this company for their professionalism and service. notifying us for every stage of the upcoming delivery.”

“I shipped a custom-made table from Phoenix to Rhode Island. The service at Phoenix was friendly and professional. I was delighted when I received the table. It had been tightly packed in a custom-made crate fully lined with styrofoam that could have withstood some pretty rough handling (though there was no evidence of that). The table came through without a scratch. I highly recommend this company.”

Every time I have had to scramble to look for one cause my local UPS always has an issue with having an available notary person, they have one. Every Time. Save time and go there if you need one. They also have shipping supplies and sell other shipping related stuff.”

“Matthew deserves a raise. I needed to print off some important documents but I only had apple tap pay and my phone had just died. I should’ve prepared better that’s on me. I brought my own cord in and asked the Lady Jessica in the print station if I could plug my phone in quick for an emergency. She said “no” bluntly. I then was going to have my partner pay over the phone and she said no we don’t do that either. This is after I explained my situation to her mind you. I was very calm and felt defeated. I went to the other side of the store and asked another worker (Matthew) if he could help me out and explained the whole predicament. He let me use his charger. Great service from Matthew. Jessica was very snide and unhelpful and provided nothing but “nopes and no’s” at every request for help. Matthew helped me out and earned the business some additional income. If Matthew wasn’t there this would be a 1 star warming people to stay away.”
