“Bought a pair of boots ? they didn’t fit just right. Thought they would after wearing them. Brought them into store to see what they could do. They fixed the issue. Excellent customer service. Will definitely be coming back for further boots.”

“Love this park, theres a bowl in the back with a waterfall roll in and you can carve it perfectly. Best place to practice street skating and carving in a bowl if you ride a skateboard.”

“Out and about today and decided to stop by Tanger Outlets to look for some clothes and shoes. When we walked in Tilly’s today we were not only greeted right away, but asked if we needed anything in particular. When we told them what we needed we were also told about some sales going on for that item. The employee helping us, was efficient, friendly and engaging. He went or get an item in the back for us and held it up front while we finished shopping. The store was clean and organized. Prices were pretty decent with the sales.”

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tillys at Arrowhead Towne Center and was blown away by the exceptional service I received from Samira, Kellen, and Manager Kassie. I was looking for a special gift for my daughter, and Samira went above and beyond to help me find the perfect surprise. Her enthusiasm and knowledge of the products were impressive, and she took the time to understand my vision for the gift.
Samira's dedication to finding the right item was evident, and she even went out of her way to search through the inventory to find a special touch that would make the gift extra special.
Kellen was also an absolute delight to interact with. His politeness and professionalism were evident in every conversation, and he made sure that I had everything I needed throughout my visit. His courteous demeanor and helpful nature made my shopping experience seamless and enjoyable.
Manager Kassie was also instrumental in ensuring that I had an exceptional experience. Her leadership and commitment to excellent customer service were evident in the way the store was run, and she was always available to answer any questions I had.
When I presented the gift to my daughter, her reaction was priceless – she was overjoyed and thrilled with the surprise. It was clear that Samira's extra efforts had paid off, and I couldn't be more grateful for the exceptional service I received.
We're looking forward to our next visit to Tillys and can't wait to experience more of the exceptional service that Samira, Kellen, and Manager Kassie and I’m sure the rest of the team provide. Five stars isn't enough – I'd give them ten stars if I could!

“Fixes Luggage! Alex, the store owner, did an amazing job repairing a broken zipper on my luggage.Alex was very helpful, friendly, and very fair for the price of his services. He's a great repairer and handyman. He also sells a variety of watches, jewelry, clothes & shoes, smokes, and lighters/lighter fluid.”

“I like Clark’s shoes, and this location has a good selection. The best part is they often run specials so you can get two pair for a reasonable price.
It’s an outlet so they don’t always have the same selection as online, but I have found I can usually find something similar if they don’t have the exact item. Today I saw a pair of boots online for $89 dollars, but in the store you could get 2 pairs of shoes for $109. I bought two pair in different colors, because it was a great deal.
The shoes are comfortable, and several good styles to choose from.”
“Walked in looking for a brand new pair of soles. Recently diagnosed with scoliosis, not only did Katera point us in the right direction where to find the perfect soles. She was very kind & walked to the back to find the right size ( the last pair ) patient with aiding to the customers needs. “Every time I walk in this store I have been able to find something especially in the summertime. Reasonably prices yes!!! The only thing I don't like is that they do not allowing u to try on clothes. It makes it difficult for customers who travel far. This has forced me to shop on line now. But other than that a great store and a great place to bargain shop and look good for a reasonable price. I also love their accessories. One thing they need to work is SPACE!!! There is not enough room space to move around. Rainbow y'all really need to work that out. Two things will make your customers happy.1 Space 2. Fitting room.”
