“I had the opportunity to visit Carefree RV Storage about two weeks ago to check out the facility. I was greeted by Keith, the property manager, who gave me a thorough tour and even allowed me to place a temporary hold on a parking spot while I completed my move from Tucson to Phoenix.
I truly appreciate the time he took and the detailed information he provided about the facility and its amenities. Keith was incredibly informative and welcoming throughout my visit, which left a strong impression on me. It’s clear that this business values its customers and delivers excellent service. I highly recommend Keith and Carefree RV Storage.”

“It has been a great experience getting started here. From my initial phone call for information, to the ease of use getting setup online, to the move in date. Nathan was wonderful in getting us setup with the locker and the van (they offer you a one time use of their van if you're interested to help move your stuff). He explained everything thoroughly! The location is very well kept and clean.
The only other feedback I have is it was a busy Saturday morning and all the dollies were being used (they only have 4). So keep that in mind, have an alternative in case you show up and don't have a dolly to use.
Even with that, it was a great experience!
Update! Just moved out and want to praise the exceptional customer service from start to finish! Jacqueline was amazing!! She was so easy to work with and always made sure we were taken care of! Also, additional dollies have been added, there are at least 4 on each side. As we've unpacked our unit, everything looked good. Clearly things are taken care of/maintained and pests are not an issue. SO happy we chose StorAmerica Queen Creek for our storage facility!”

“Friendly staff however the computer application kept wiping out data input by agent. It took 4 attempts until it saved all input. What should have been a 5 minute process took 20 minutes. I was patient and agent kept apologizing for the system.”
“Sunshine storage is affordable and in a convenient area. I used sunshine storage for a months and never had any issues. Kasey was so professional and friendly anytime I needed her help. I would come back to the storage or refer anyone to sunshine storage that needs a unit because of her.”

He stayed 45 minutes past closing while I set up a digital card/wallet on my cellular phone, (as my credit card had expired, unbeknownst to me). This man deserves a raise ! Again . . .
