“I've been using this facility for over 3 years. The place has changed ownership a couple of times. Was always a bit on the shady side, but the prices were good. I knew it wasn't very secure, no cameras, a night guard that gave everyone his gate code who wanted to stay the night there. But it worked for me because I have nothing worth stealing in my unit. Fast forward to a couple months ago. When Cube Smart took ownership everything changed really fast. Security cameras went up everywhere, the staff dose walk thurs several times a day and night. They have a security guard that does his job, no more people spending the night there. There was a problem with the phones at first but that has been fixed now. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If they are not in the office they are usually out checking the facility, making sure it's clean and secure. I would even consider storing more valuable items there now. Please remember to treat people how you would like to be treated. It goes a long way when you like to have good service.”
