Cathy went way out of her way this morning for me after the customer service number and another Budget/Avis car rental was unable to help. She really knew how to trick her inflexible system into re-renting the same car. She was both caring and competent.

Very difficult to contact this location, but it is convenient, so I made an extra effort to secure a rental. Might be due to the updated hours.
