“We had the best experience at this location today, and this isn’t the first time. The employees are so kind and friendly! My daughter had just gotten three shots and of course, wanted to tell every person she came in contact with. There was an employee towards the front who let her pick a toy from their “prize drawer”, which meant the world to my daughter! She turned a traumatizing day into something so special. When I went to tell the manager about how amazing the employee was, I obviously told her the story about my daughter getting shots, and she let her pick out some complimentary candy. It just goes to show that sometimes small and kind gestures can make the biggest impact. I’m so grateful for the staff at this location for making a terrible day so memorable and positive! Thanks for loving your jobs and making an impact! 💕”

“Customer service here is amazing. I am on the east coast, and I had the opportunity to jump on a tattoo session, but I have nerve damage throughout my body from deployments while being in the Army. So, I wanted to get some cream and spray I have used in the past. No where could get it to me fast enough. I called Needle Supply, and they were so helpful got the shipment out to me same day and it arrive the day before my appointment. They really did me a solid and I appreciate it. Will shop with them in the future.”

“Always greeted when I walk in, which makes the shopping experience pleasant. The store is pretty organized. I just wish the changing rooms in the front were open so I could give a second opinion and supervise my 10-year-old son while he tries on clothes. I'm sure the staff will open it but these people are always busy which is understandable. I’m a mom who buys most of my kids’ clothes at Ross, so I come here at least once a month.”

“This was my first visit to this Dollar Tree location, and I was truly impressed. After visiting a friend at the hospital, I stopped in on my way home and was immediately struck by how clean, organized, and well-maintained the store was. Everything was neatly arranged, fully stocked, and exactly where it should be — no misplaced merchandise or clutter anywhere. The store even smelled fresh, which speaks volumes about the level of care taken here.
What made the experience exceptional, however, was the customer service. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the store manager, Qianna, and the cashier, Curtis. Both were incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely kind.
Qianna’s positive, upbeat attitude truly stood out. She was welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel valued as customers. Her energy is infectious, and it’s clear she takes great pride in both her work. It’s rare to encounter someone with such a consistently warm and gracious demeanor — she made our entire evening brighter simply through her kindness and professionalism.
Although this location is nearly 20 miles from my home, I will absolutely be returning. The organization and cleanliness are outstanding, but it’s the exceptional customer service — from Qianna and Curtis -that will bring me back. I can’t recommend this store highly enough! ♥️♥️♥️♥️”

“We enjoy this dollar tree, but we just wish there was more variety here. But I will say the Dollar Tree is a family favorite because it is so affordable. And the kids get to enjoy grabbing a couple of things as usual!”
