“Overall it's a decent bestbuy. Service is kind of hit and miss. 2 of the last 3 visits when an employee was needed to help, they didn't seem to exist. On 1 occasion I went to get an Xbox game pass card and went to check out and they said they couldn't sell it because the current cost was 3 dollars more and they wouldn't honor the price that's displayed and was told they hadn't had time to take the old cards off the rack, not only that the girl that was at customer service had a pretty bishy attitude like I was inconveniencing her, I just told her nevermind. On my last visit I went to get a tv and magically there was no employees there to help in the tv section and had to look around to find someone, once we finally got someone about 10 minutes later the dude that helped us was pretty helpful and showed me a better tv for essentially the same cost. The store has a pretty good selection overall, but customer service is really kind of hit and miss.”

“Most of the cashier's are overly friendly and nice. I never really have a problem. The store is decent and I always find what I'm looking for.

As far as customer service/online pickup, it is very hit or miss. Curbside normally goes well, just sometimes product has missing items which were clearly visible but still given out, they ask what side you want your merchandise when the app prompts you to answer, so it's odd.
Inside the store, Some of the workers have really bad attitudes or are in a rush. There's two counters at customer service... I get there is online pickup and returns. but just say, we combine them and you'll have to wait in line. One worker used the passive aggressive behavior of telling me it's the same line but I'll get it for you. Like it was so inconvenient with two people ahead of me with returns and workers all around. I said thank you for getting my orders but naturally this person was in over her head, did not acknowledge me. Its unprofessional. I worked in retail and specifically in customer service and online grocery pickup. Just be kind and think about how you treat people.”

“Zahori is always so very amazing. Friendly and helpful. I usually have my kids with me and she engages with them as well. She has an incredible demeanour and I'm always delighted to be helped by her. She's never pushy but always insightful and helps me find what phone/plan etc is best for me.”

“Visiting this location over 18 years. Mainly in the middle of the night when over the counter medicine is needed. I wish more locations were open 24 hours like this one. Always helpful employees. I like their store brand that offers better dye free and non artificial sweetened medicines options. I also appreciate Walgreens offering natural remedy alternative products as well.Always fun browsing the seasonal section, toys and Hallmark card section. They always have deals going. They even offer online shopping and shipping! I have used it to get hard to find items before they are gone.”

“I enjoy going shopping at this Walmart as ìt is right off the freeway and the area around there can accommodate most wants and needs. The store itself is clean and usually well organized. I am greeted at the door and upon leaving the store the parking lot has plenty of security to assist any way that may be needed.”

“Honestly, it is really nice having such a wide variety of things to choose from. I mean, you can get cakes, meats, vegetables, caned goods, cleaning supplise, frozen foods, hair care, books, electronics, toys, home decor, clothing... really, you can get just about anything. With that, though, that does mean that there is a LOT lacking within those groups of things. To be fair, target is for your 40 year old mom, not for a stinky teen like myself- ;P really all i ever get here is just energy drinks (tipically monsters) and bandages (iykyk). I always check the books to see if there's anything interesting, but I'm picky, and all the books suck. Besides that, there is no self checkout, and the fast lanes often take like 10 minutes to get though ? (kys) MY FAVORITE THING ABOUT THIS LOCATION IS THAT THEY HAVE A STARBUX >_< ive resently became a starbux guru and I LOVE picking up starbux before i leave :DD (iced venti macha latte is my usual order... I like it simple ^^)
