About Macy's Distribution Logistics and Operations
Macy's Distribution Logistics and Operations is a facility that has received mixed feedback from employees and visitors. While the warehouse industry is thriving, some employees note that the company has become stricter with new changes, particularly regarding pay rates and employee input. Despite these concerns, many still appreciate the good pay and supportive coworkers, making it a decent place for those looking to improve their resumes.
Visitors have pointed out practical issues, such as a lengthy check-in process with security that takes about 20 minutes and the lack of restrooms or lounges on-site. However, the facility is easily accessible from major highways, and staff members, including guards, are described as friendly. Overall, while there are areas for improvement, Macy's Distribution Logistics and Operations maintains a reputation as a reasonable workplace with potential for growth in the logistics sector.

Great place to deliver. I was over an hour early for my appointment. I checked in with the guard and was given a door. 30 minutes and I was done….

This place used to be better now to pick up a trailer they have complicated it. But I guess driver's not doing what they're supposed to do is the cause of that.
