“Purchased GE Profile refrigerator with door in door and backlit Led lighting. Great experience with shopping at Spencers because of Matt. He took great care to walk us through many brands and options throughout the store. (Matt is at the Litchfield location) Price was great with sale discounts for the 4th of July weekend and it was delivered the next morning. Installation team to great care and quickly hooking up water supply and hauling away old refrigerator. By far the most pleasant appliance shopping we have ever experienced. We will be return customers in the future.”

“We went to 3 others stores and the service was horrible but this store went beyond. Thank you, Tanya, for your excellent service. You have my vote for a promotion to store manager or area district manager.”

“I came in to trade in my phone, while doing so. I had two associates who were pleasant and was able to help me out. Gwen saw her peer have system issues, she was able to not only assist her peer but also help us get our trade in resolved. Kudos to her for her leadership. I do hope Best Buy Management recognizes her.”

“I used to shop here often when we lived in Litchfield Park. I find myself at this location a few times a year. They do offer items our local Target doesn't have and vice versa. One reason I find myself down here when on the hunt. The store is always clean. I really like what they did with their dressing room area. It looks pretty chic! We also enjoyed the Disney display section they have in the middle of the store with music playing. These are very smart and appealing marketing ideas that make shopping more enjoyable. The lines were moving fast and everyone was friendly as usual. It was a pleasant visit. I don't shop at Target as much as I used to, but I am starting more often again.”
