“Just moved here, joined the Safeway discount program (app) in minutes and got savings right away. Woman at the customer service desk was welcoming and helpful. We got sodas and when we got to the register realized one of the 6 packs only had five bottles. There must be a country song in there somewhere, right. The guys stocking the shelves helped me look for the escaped bottle, no luck. It was the last of that kind on the shelves so a nice young man at the register went out back and to the coolers looking for a bottle to complete our 6pack. The cashier was also super friendly and fun to talk with. Prices look good to us, much lower than where we moved from.”
“I used to complain about the prices not ringing up correctly and having to go to customer service but that has not been a problem for the last several months I'm happy to say.”

Guadalupe in CS, Josue in Butcher, James in management, Zuki, Jaime, Alex & Tristen, all great people! There are a few young ones who have the CS skills but there are few & far between! These great employees, plus some other are the reason we continue to go back. Please do not promote people on education or seniority, but ability! A degree/book smart does not make you skillful in your job! EXPERIENCE COUNTS!”

“I love going to my local Sprouts store! The produce is always fresh, I am able to always get everything on my grocery list and the employees are super! There is one employee who I would love to give a shout out to and that is Cathy at the Sahuarita store. Cathy is ALWAYS helpful when I see her in the store, and goes out of her way to say hello with a big smile, even if she has a huge cart of stock that she is working on. She will stop what she is doing to ensure I am getting what I need. Thank you, Cathy, YOU are definitely one of the many reasons why I shop at Sprouts!!
