“Every time I have used Fry’s Pharmacy, I have been responded to in a reasonable amount of time, and like that the Pharmacist came over to ensure I had no questions. Last occurrence was on a Saturday afternoon at the drive thru window. I was first attended to within 30 seconds of my arrival and gone within 2-3 minutes. Would definitely use them again.”
“I wanted to point out incredible service I've gotten here many times but the most recent and above and beyond was Michael. I was looking for our favorite nitrate free pepperoni and he went on a MISSION to find out what happened to it. Absolutely incredible. “Just moved here, joined the Safeway discount program (app) in minutes and got savings right away. Woman at the customer service desk was welcoming and helpful. We got sodas and when we got to the register realized one of the 6 packs only had five bottles. There must be a country song in there somewhere, right. The guys stocking the shelves helped me look for the escaped bottle, no luck. It was the last of that kind on the shelves so a nice young man at the register went out back and to the coolers looking for a bottle to complete our 6pack. The cashier was also super friendly and fun to talk with. Prices look good to us, much lower than where we moved from.”

Guadalupe in CS, Josue in Butcher, James in management, Zuki, Jaime, Alex & Tristen, all great people! There are a few young ones who have the CS skills but there are few & far between! These great employees, plus some other are the reason we continue to go back. Please do not promote people on education or seniority, but ability! A degree/book smart does not make you skillful in your job! EXPERIENCE COUNTS!”
