Wasn't too sure about the address, but I was able to communicate with the owner via both email and text message and confirm the status of the FFL license. “This place is awesome. Cheapest prices on lead shot you'll find anywhere in the valley. Owners are ridiculously friendly. I went to buy shot one day and the owner sat and talked to me about shotshell reloading for 30 min and gave me some uncommon 2.5 inch shells to try. Good people.”
