“The owner of Elite Ordinance should be the poster child amazing of optimal Customer Service. Mike Garrett goes over and beyond the call of duty to make sure his customers are truly satisfied with their purchase. There should be more local mom and pop gun shops in the valley that have this particular mentality/level of customer service. Just recently I purchased my first CZ75 B. I’ve never bought a used gun before and in all honesty this thing is an absolute Tac-Driver. That particular handgun comes with all the bells and whistles, completely customized, and shoots like a dream. I couldn’t get over the fact for a used firearm it was literally in mint condition. Not even one scratch on it if I tried looking with a magnifying lens wouldn’t be found. Once again, Mike thank you for everything.”

Charlie and Jr run the place like pros—but with the kind of humor that makes you forget you’re there for something serious. They kept things light, answered every question, and somehow made the whole experience actually enjoyable.
And Frank—honestly, give that man a raise. He took the time to go through the gun collection my dad left me and treated it with real care and respect. He explained everything in a way that made sense, never rushed me, and made a tough situation a lot easier to handle.
Between the laughs, the knowledge, and the genuine kindness, this place is something special. If you want people who know their stuff and know how to treat you right, this is it.

“Mr. Roberts was extremely helpful in my first time gun purchase.Zero pressure and very pleasant individual to work with.This location was listed as an FFL for an online retailer. Wasn't too sure about the address, but I was able to communicate with the owner via both email and text message and confirm the status of the FFL license. Today (10/1/22), I was able to perform my background check here and successfully receive my firearm.From start to finish Mr. Roberts and his cat were a great host!Couldn't be happier with the service I received and feel confident in conducting business here in the future.(Note, FFL transfer does need to be paid in cash, the Safeway across the street had a working ATM at time of writing)”

I couldn't be happier, one rifle that needed work done came back good as new and the other needed some fitting to get furniture to work with a milled rifle. Both were absolutely works of art. “You know what I put a lot of trust in Jeff and the man answered most of my calls got really worried after reading the reviews but the man got my firearm done in 2 days which is pretty good still have yet to test it went in for a gas block tune he said it was good to go so we’ll see I’ll keep you updated when I test it if it works out I’m giving him 5 stars for now it’s 3.
Update review: went out to test my 7.5” ar that I let Jeff tune for me and the man out did himself not only did he charge me a reasonable price he examined my whole gun to find the issue took it all apart n fixed the problem I had a lot of fun testing it shout out Jeff for the amazing work it is a little difficult to reach him at times but pls be patient he will answer eventually… thank you Jeff giving the man his 5 stars as said”
