“I think Michael's is a great store, but when I went to this particular location a couple weeks ago and again today. I had trouble finding something and when I asked the associate cashier she just pointed in the general direction. I went over there and was frustrated because I still could not find the product. So I went in again today, and the gentleman in front of me could not find a product and asked and again the cashier just pointed in the general direction. And when he asked a little bit more she shrugged her shoulders. Cashiers, floor people, associates should know where products, are at the minimum!! It would even be better if they would take you to the product. The products are great but always have a hard time finding things.”
“They made a golf cart windshield for me, it didn't have the mounting holes in it. The gave me a scrap of plastic to practice drilling on. The windshield looks great, my mom is very happy with it. I saved this place in my contact list in case I mom needs another golf cart windshield.”
