“I had a requirement to move half a million dollars of sensitive IT equipment from a Datacenter Phoenix to London, UK. I do not have staff on hand in the US so had to co-ordinate between Craters and Freighters and Datacenter Staff to organise the packing and shipping of the hardware.
Craters and Freighters were really good at guiding me through the process and keeping in touch. When I went to London to collect the hardware it was very well packaged and was all installed and working with no issues. I was honestly expecting at least some minor issues as the equipment is sensitive but it was well packed and all worked perfectly once installed. I will definitely use them again as I have a requirement to ship further hardware later in the year.”

“This is a place for Amazon return drop-off. You want to stand in the main register line up front so drop off is pretty quick. Your package needs to be sealed and with the printed return label attached, so if you don't have a printer then you're better off going to an actual UPS store.”

“Love our local post office! Staff are nice and always informative. Parking is minimal but enough for our Laveen neighbors. Never had any issues at this location. Hours and location acceptable but small space. Traffic entering can be a bit much at times, hoping street entrance will be updated once gas station opens across the street. Could also use an update with a self service label machine when line gets too long but not sure if they have the space for it.”
