“There have been some hiccups in my reservation using a U-Box. Even though Ernie doesn’t specialize in U-Boxes, he bent over backwards to try and rectify the issues. He spent a lot of time on the phone both times I stopped in talking to people so that the reservation would suit my needs. I would use this location again because you can tell Ernie really cares!”
“We have used Penske several times and I can say they have decent customer service for the most part. I say that to say, we had a car carrier tire pop on us while towing a vehicle this weekend and we had one of the best customer service experiences with Jack Falter at this location. He greeted us with a smile on his face, ready to help us as soon as we pulled up to the rental office. We told him our situation and he had an immediate solution for us. He went above and beyond to rectify the situation and we left very happy. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service Jack and making a stressful situation easier on us. ??”

The facility was nice and neat, and I felt the process was straight forward and they got me everything I needed in a timely manner. “The girl that runs the place should be a district manager or trainer. She knows her stuff and makes the process easy and simple as possible. Her facility is spotless her staff is well trained. I would recommend if you are going through the stress of moving that you go to this U-Haul facility it will at least take away a little of the stress of moving. “The diesel shop treated us really well. Made sure we were well informed on repairs needed, approximate eta, and was very professional and courteous. They say the drivers lounge has AC but we couldn't tell. It wasn't much cooler than outside but the staff did their best to make sure our rig was DOT safe and legal to drive. Extra shoutout to Talbott, Rodney, and Louise for going the extra mile to make sure everything was good for us to roll”

“High praise for Natalie P at this location. We had an issue with the trailer rental reservation my wife made, and it caused some angst for us. Natalie worked with us as we navigated our own disagreements. She was patient and kind and focused on getting us moving and in the best way possible. She never rushed us or batted an eye when, if in her shoes, I probably would have. Grateful for her assistance in helping us get on our way to another store that had a truck for us. Day would not have been possible without her.”
“I had a new bathroom installed hy home depot contractor REBATH. Jim from Rebath didbmy sales presentation. At first i was a little shocked ?@ the price but then when i saw what i was getting I loved it. Arron Philips was by Rebath tech and he did an outstanding job. The sceduling team for Rebath was outstanding. If i could give them 7 stars I Would. Grade A +. My new kitchen install A+++++ Never have I sern a cabinet installed a good as my was. The best cabinet maker and installer i have ever Encountered. Grade A++++. Home depot design team. Kevin Marin and Bailey fro store #9969 were my team. Kevin is is ecceptional Always staying on tip if everything. He communicated With me weekly to ensure everything was in track. My store #9969 Bailey ordered all my appliciances and helped me with everything for my kitchen. She was always Available to answer any questions and shekeep me updated on a any of my concerns Her department and store Manager both were best in retail class. This store is always well organized and clean and tge customer sevice was exceptional. Hone services Grad we A+++× . Kurt from home drpit home serviuces did an exceptional as dud Hector from cintractor Delta Mechanixal on my sink and facet install. Thanks to the Home depit team.”
