“Very friendly and prompt service! I needed an A/C hose repaired and a blinker electrical issue fixed and they had me in and out in 2 days. They also let me know my brakes needed replacing soon (I hadn't checked in a while haha), and they were able to get that done at the same time. There's a shuttle service as well so you don't have to finagle rides from friends or family.
I am going to frequent them in the future for my auto needs. Their parking lot is a little small, but the people there have big hearts and great service.”

“I have recently moved to Phoenix and this was the U-Haul I decided to drop off the trailer and U-Haul to, as well storing my items here. Very friendly staff and they were all very kind as well. The facility was nice and neat, and I felt the process was straight forward and they got me everything I needed in a timely manner. If I'm moving again in the future, I'm for sure coming back to this location.”
“Got a car in Tucson which was not what we had reserved that had extremely worn tires and had a blowout, location in Phoenix made it right with the model we needed.”

“I needed a storage space on short notice, and it only took me about eight minutes from start to finish to secure my reservation and have a Unit that I was able to access right away. I was helped by Ashley and Daniel. The original unit I rented was too small for my needs, and Ashley made it effortless for me to switch to a larger unit. It only cost me a dollar to change to a 10x10! Daniel helped me find my unit and then he also helped me find my way back to my car. Both employees were super kind and informative. Public storage is the only I will rent from going forward. Thank you so much for the assistance and making a stressful situation a little bit easier!”

When I got to the drop off location they were really cool and gave me a bit of a break when I went over miles a little bit. They really are great now go back every time.”

“I truly appreciate this location. Initially, it wasn't our first choice because we were planning to pick up a 15' truck from a storage center closer to our kids' school. Fortunately, I received a call from a friendly representative just in time to schedule our pickup here. From the moment we walked in, the gentleman was very helpful and explained our rental contract clearly. We rented the truck for 24 hours, but our move took a little longer than expected. We picked up the truck on Friday around 2 p.m. and returned it the following Sunday, shortly after 2 p.m. My husband was worried about being charged for an extra day, but the staff closed the account the next business day with no additional charges. Everything went smoothly, and this was the best service we've ever had with U-Haul. In the past, when renting for our resale business, our experiences weren't as positive. I appreciate the gentleman who assisted us—I didn't catch his name, but thank you so much for your kind service. We're definitely planning to return in the future.”

“The diesel shop treated us really well. Made sure we were well informed on repairs needed, approximate eta, and was very professional and courteous. They say the drivers lounge has AC but we couldn't tell. It wasn't much cooler than outside but the staff did their best to make sure our rig was DOT safe and legal to drive. Extra shoutout to Talbott, Rodney, and Louise for going the extra mile to make sure everything was good for us to roll”

I had a great experience with Penske at 12100 W Van Buren St, Avondale, AZ 85323. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from start to finish. The truck was clean, well-maintained, and ready on time, which made everything run smoothly.
They were efficient with the check-in and return process and took the time to answer questions without rushing. Overall, this location is reliable, organized, and customer-focused. I’d definitely recommend this Penske location to anyone needing a dependable truck rental or fleet support.”
“I am one of the biggest fans of Penske racing especially Nascar, and Indycar. A friend of mine a couple of days ago gave me a Penske jacket and it was stolen from me, however everything happens for a reason and a purpose... Someone else needed the jacket and besides I'm very blessed and grateful for even getting the jacket in the first place, I pray that the person who it ends up with will be warm just like I was. At the moment I'm a homeless Veteran and where I lay my head is home and God gives what I need when I need it, not too little and not too much just enough. I'm sitting here in Tollson Arizona at BadAss Coffee and waiting for some money to hit my account so I can get a shower, it's been a while since I've had one. I can't get a hotel room because my Veterans ID doesn't have my birthdate on it, but yesterday as I was walking down 75th Ave I saw a Penske truck rental and it gave me a boost of intestinal fortitude, so deep and sound that it gave me enough endurance to keep going for my dream of not only getting a shower and a hotel room, but an RV with everything paid for, along with season tickets for Nascar, because I would like nothing more than to follow the Nascar series for this next year, starting with the 24hrs of Daytona. Ty Mr Penske for all that you do for us Veterans I am very grateful for you and I appreciate your involvement in racing all together, I hope that one day I can actually meet you in person. “Had to rent a uhaul last minute and this location came in clutch. The owner was kind and helpful the full way through. If you go here, be sure to call the number on the door of the rental office. That'll connect you with the uhaul support line. After you go through a quick convo on what you want and provide your info, you get an app request. I was midway through completing the forms on the app when the owner called and rounded off the rental. Very pleasant experience all around.”
