U-Haul Moving & Storage of Laveen offers truck rentals, trailers, storage units, and all necessary moving supplies. The staff is frequently described as professional, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, with service often being quick. The trucks and storage units are generally reported to be in great shape. However, the check-in process can be confusing, sometimes requiring staff assistance to access rentals. There have been isolated issues with online reservations and contract details not aligning, leading to access problems, though these are typically resolved by the staff. A note of concern has been mentioned about an individual on-site causing discomfort. Overall, it is a location many recommend for moving needs.
The guy that helped me check out was the same one who checked me in - he was top notch both times! Wish I remembered his name :(. - He needs some serious recognition none the less!

Good and easy service but Customer service rep was in a bad mood due to an issue with a previous customer. Derogatory language.... return was quick and easy.
