“I have been living at Abode (formerly Arise) for nearly 15 months now. It was quite a rollercoaster in the beginning, to say the least. The pandemic caused many delays and the Community Managers changed faster than Clark Kent changes to Superman. With construction constantly delayed, rental prices teetering up daily and a leasing agent agreeing to meet me for a tour and not showing up, I thought maybe this location wasn't for me. That is, until Laurie Ainza arrived. From the very first email, I could tell she was a lovely person, extremely intelligent and good at her job. Everything she told me was right on the money and she always kept her word. She goes above and beyond for whatever a tenant may need and follows up with you, which is a rare thing these days. There was a moment last year when I thought she may have left this location. I was given nothing but empty promises and no follow ups by the person that had just been put temporarily in charge. It was a night and day difference and really made me consider if I wanted to extend my lease or not. When I saw Laurie was back, my happiness was as deep as the ocean. Work has me travelling abroad often, so I don't spend a lot of time at Abode. It is a quiet place to relax and unwind when I am here, which I enjoy. Laurie and her team keep the grounds immaculate and I could not imagine a sweeter, more lovely person running this place than Laurie. Whether I stay in AZ a few years from now or head elsewhere, I am reluctant to rent again because I don't think you can ever do better than Laurie Ainza as a Community Manager. I'd rather just buy a home than roll the dice at another rental community (read dozens of horror stories). Thank you to Laurie, David and the rest of the Abode team for your wonderful work ethic and care for the tenants. It does not go unnoticed.”
