We wanted to view the property one more time just to solidify our decision in choosing Versante and they let us take a tour without having an appointment set up and helped us fill out the application paperwork in office. These women have been nothing but kind and accommodating, one of the biggest reasons why we chose to apply here. “First of all i would like to thank broadstone for letting us stay here for a half a year. Coming next year I'll be leaving but to find another broadstone in San Antonio. I would like to still be here and stay in my home i love it here. It's been very quite and peaceful no homeless, and we're finally secured.

“Have been living here for a few months now, we enjoy the pool, the renovated apartments, very nice gym, overal very very nice place to live, the maintenance team has been nothing but helpful and ready to fix any issues without any delay, we had recurring issues with the A/C, they replaced the unit, all the while making sure we had a temporary AC on wheels. Especially Josh and Ben are super nice and helpful, Derrik and Eva are the nicest people to chat and adress issues. Recommend this place!”
“I had an absolutely amazing experience living here! From the very beginning, the staff has been incredible. The team in the front office is always welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and the maintenance staff is just as wonderful — responsive, professional, and efficient.
The community is very well maintained, and you can truly see the care they put into keeping everything clean and beautiful. I always felt safe here, whether I was walking my dog early in the morning or late at night. That peace of mind meant so much to me.
The location is also a huge plus — it’s conveniently located near just about everything you could need, which made daily life so much easier.
I’m truly grateful for the three years here and appreciate the friendliness, professionalism, and overall sense of community. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

“I lived here for 2 years and I love it here. I would have honestly given it a lower rating due to a previous manager but Ricky, Adiana, and the guy with the dark hair (Mark?) has been completely amazing. The maintenance crew will go above and beyond to make sure your maintenance request is done as quickly as they can get to you. The clubhouse events is awesome and fun!!! The pool party was so much fun with great prizes and great food. The food trucks and ice cream truck will always come by. The dog park could definitely use some work. The noise at night could be annoying (loud motorcycles, people screaming, allowing their dogs to park nonstop) but overall I would definitely recommend living here. The neighbors in this community is like family to me. Please give this place a try.”

“My experience at Vue Park west was amazing!! Not only is the complex located in wonderful location and full of great amenities, but the staff was also incredibly friendly and welcoming. Paola our leasing tour guide, was just fantastic. She walked us through everything from top to bottom and really took her time showing us what our future home could look like.
I really appreciated the attention and care we got during the tour. Paola made the whole experience feel personal and exciting. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking in the area.”

“Started doing some repairs on items that where brought to Mgmt.since move in, the staff attending to the repairs have been absolutely professional. My main concern still hasn't been repaired and it's a security manner.”

“I'm going to speak for myself I don't know nobody else's experience but this apartment complex is the best I could ever move into.....the only issue is people call officers for whatever reason and don't even give the exact info so officers be going door to door asking if anybody heard anything if y'all going to be nosy calling cops then y'all need to give the exact info if not then just mind your businessIt's literally the third time they knock on my door asking if I seen or heard anything..??♀️”

“I’ve lived here for over 5years and it’s one of the best places I’ve ever lived at. The community is very well kept and a great QUIET neighborhood. Cynthia the Office Manager is always so pleasant and great to communicate with. I was devastated when she left and now I’m happy she is back working for our community. She definitely helps keep it quiet and well kept. Along with the maintenance crew. They are always on top of things. I’m glad Cynthia is back and in the office because the previous people who took over were just terrible! And could never reach anyone! So her being back is a plus! It always makes it easier living somewhere when there is great office staff. Definitely a safe place to have your family live here.”
“We are pretty happy here, everyone around us are very friendly and we have had no problems with noisy neighbors. The only problem we encounter is the roach problem, seems like everytime someone new moves in the roaches appear, I would love if they would come an exterminate my place once a month to see if that works?”

“When my Fiancé and I arrived to Moxi apt we were welcomed in by the beautiful Maria Vidal -assistant property manager. Her knowledge and expertise was most helpful to us. Maria helped us every step of the way with all questions and concerns. The environment is so nice you instantly feel right at home just in the leasing office. I recommend moxi for anyone looking for a comfortable at home location. The atmosphere is quite amazing with lots of trees and manicured lawns as well as pools and fitness center. So far we are quite impressed”
