“I am happy with the results of my paint job refresh! I have a 2013 Toyota 4Runner that still has a lot of life left, but it has some bumper damage and paint fading on the hood, roof, and doors. Instead of buying a new car, I decided to invest a fraction of the cost to make it look nice. The 4Runner should last me another 100,000 + miles, and I look forward to passing it down to my son when he get a license in a couple of years. When I told them of our trip that was coming up they said that if they couldn’t get it done we could wait (as it was all cosmetic damage) and get it done after the trip but would let us know if they could get all the parts needed and have it back to us in under a week. Well man did they come through. They also put up with my attitude that I had ( I blame lack of sleep, but still I should have been more patient) due to the radio not working after picking up my vehicle. It was a simple reset that took mere minutes. I want to say thank you for the job done and fully warranted. Hopefully I won’t have to use them again but if I do I know where to go!”

“Jake and Grand prix were awesome. Jake accommodated pick up times for me. The initial quote include paint but after communicating with Jake all wanted was for the bumper to be reassembled, Jake provided a new quote that met my budget. Grand prix provided way better pricing than all the other collision center around. If you're undecided I'd say give them a call obtained a quote just see their pricing. I'll def be back if in need of collision repairs.”

He explained everything in detail where you can understand what's going to happen with you're service issue and what may or may not be cover by your manufacturer warranty. There's no shock surprises at the end of your service that you have to pay. That's great for owner operators like myself. I went in for a failing turbo actuator at 8:30 am and was in my truck at 2:45 pm driving away the same day! The new information system at this dealership keeps you informed with every step that your truck is going through by email and text by a real person working in the shop. This is an incredible system!
