I have been hit in parking lots twice in the past six months, and the experience between these two accidents is night and day.
The first time I was hit, I was sent to a different shop here in town. It was a huge hassle from the very first call! I went in for an assessment and then heard nothing for a month. I was working with insurance, so I kept calling and calling. It turns out that guy left the company and my file got lost. Then, I was scheduled and they told me to wait in the lobby because it was a quick fix. After waiting for a few hours they came out and said the wrong part had been ordered. I came back a third time and finally it was fixed…two months after the accident and hours on the phone.
When I got hit a second time, I was bracing myself for another drawn out process. I figured that these small accidents just aren’t worth a shop’s time so they treat you accordingly. I could not have been more wrong. A&D was the exact opposite of what I had experienced at the other shop! They got me in right away, coordinated a rental car pickup, finished earlier than expected, detailed my car, and did a flawless job. When I came to pick up my car, they even coordinated getting my rental returned.
Everything was done in 3 days!! I am shocked and SO grateful! They made what should have been a hassle absolutely painless! Thank you!!”

The second time was for road debris that had damaged my roof and caused the sunroof to leak. Both times they did absolutely fantastic!! Pamela, Adrian, and George were very helpful both times. The shop did great work, and they are super quick to fix any issues that may arise.”
