Hunter made sure I purchased the correct part and also helped me find another part I needed that was no longer available by finding one on ebay.
I have very seldom gotten this great of service. Hunter was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, communicated well, and all with a great smile.

βJust finished my 5 week GMAW class with Nathan Lipp. Nathan was a excellent and professional instructor. I was lucky to have one on one experience. Learned so much about welding with the online classes to the hands on experience. Im excited to do more qualifications with Nathan. Vern lewis is a great supply shop with a edcuated staff. Highly recommended!β
βI am pleased to report that my delivery to this location proceeded smoothly and efficiently. Although my appointment was scheduled for 8:00 a.m., they accommodated my semi-truck at 6:00 a.m., allowing me to back into a door. The unloading process was completed in a mere 15 minutes. Subsequently, I still needed to complete my 10-hour break, and they graciously permitted me to park in their front parking lot to do so. I greatly appreciated their understanding. Their receiving hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. It is a highly organized and professional establishment. Therefore, I recommend approaching them with polite manners to ensure a similarly positive experience in return.β
βIn the process of replacing the pull out spray hose on my Blanco kitchen faucet, I needed to replace the fiber washer seal at the connection under the sink. After stopping at a number of places to locate the needed part, Paul at Standard Plumbing Supply in Peoria, was extremely helpful yesterday working through my problem. They were out of stock on the actual item I needed but he came up with an alternative solution using a thick rubber washer which solved my problem. None of the other 3 or 4 places I had stopped at offered any potential solutions. The part was only a 50 cent item but Paul's dedication to helping me was priceless.β
βCame in today looking for a few things to put some chairs together we purchased elsewhere because the manufacturer made a huge fail and we needed them quickly. Luckily Big K had what we were looking for and saved the day for us. Service was good and we were greeted on the way in, asked if we needed anything and thanked us for coming. Before today I had no idea this location was here. Parking lot is good size and easy in and out.β

βI was in the store earlier today and I left my wallet between the stress of my a/c not working and rushing to try and fix it I forgot it and the gentleman that was working drove 20 minutes straight to my house after the store closed to return it to me personally. There are still honest people out there and I am so thankful. I will never shop anywhere else for any future repairs.
They had all the parts that I needed in stock and got me on my way super quick as well. I highly recommend this place.β

βI went there the other day because I was having difficulty finding the parts needed to replace or repair the valves in an old condo a couple of miles away. I went to them because I thought that they'd be familiar with the old style valves. I walked in but I had no luck finding out the manufacturer of the valve body that the condo has in it. The amazing person behind the counter came out to offer assistance and I explained the situation to him and he didn't even hesitate to walk back and get something and then returned and said try these seals to solve your problem. I asked him how much do I owe you and he replied nothing it's on me. I have been to several places before going there nobody could help me except for the man at the Van Marke plumbing. I went back to the condo and put the seals in the valves and it fixed the problem. I was so relieved and happy that I finally got it fixed. Thanks to Van Marke plumbing. Wonderful people who work in that store. Great ,helpful for others to get what they need and great customer service skills. I will always go back when I'm needing plumbing parts and in the area. Awesome place and awesome people. I give them 2 thumbs up and would recommend them to anyone who is in need of plumbing parts.β

βBest customer service, they actually like helping people here. First time I was there they didnβt have want I was looking for but offered to order it and apologized while tractor supply just said donβt have it and walked away from me. Then today was trying to buy a paint sprayer from Home Depot but their price was not the same as it said online and Iβd have to order it online and come back in a few hours to pick it while I had it in my cart at the register. Came to his ace hardware, better price than Home Depot and the staff is friendly. 5 stars!β

βI had a new bathroom installed hy home depot contractor REBATH. Jim from Rebath didbmy sales presentation. At first i was a little shocked ?@ the price but then when i saw what i was getting I loved it. Arron Philips was by Rebath tech and he did an outstanding job. The sceduling team for Rebath was outstanding. If i could give them 7 stars I Would. Grade A +. My new kitchen install A+++++ Never have I sern a cabinet installed a good as my was. The best cabinet maker and installer i have ever Encountered. Grade A++++. Home depot design team. Kevin Marin and Bailey fro store #9969 were my team. Kevin is is ecceptional Always staying on tip if everything. He communicated With me weekly to ensure everything was in track. My store #9969 Bailey ordered all my appliciances and helped me with everything for my kitchen. She was always Available to answer any questions and shekeep me updated on a any of my concerns Her department and store Manager both were best in retail class. This store is always well organized and clean and tge customer sevice was exceptional. Hone services Grad we A+++Γ . I was having issues with a painting job, and he not only gave me great advice, but showed me some paints on sale that would work for me.
