“Their sales used to be the best. It was fine and we got a few things. So items I wanted we're not there but we found a few things that were a pretty good bye. The knife set that we got had six steak knives that I really like and scissors of less quality than the one at Costco's, same brand same price. The deals were not as good as they used to be. 50% off of Bed Bath & Beyond is about what I usually pay when I shop well. They did advertise who got their prices were 50% off and maybe more . In other words, I don't know if I'll bother going next year.”
“This place is always fast with the unloading very good place to bring a load to especially when you bring it out of Pasadena Texas from Eunice to dispose shipping area but these guys here work fast and they are nice”

“O.T.R.This Macy's easy access from the I-10 to 303 AZ South. If you are coming from I-10 take 303 AZ South the 303 will end and will become Cotton. As you exit off 303 south make sure stay on left line it will become one line. Also make sure you follow posted speed limits become it is Highly patrol by the local sheriff's. Commerce will be on your left if you are coming South from 303 Az and at the time of this review construction is in process as you get close to Commerce. Make a left on Commerce go down about a quarter mile the entrance to Macy's will be on your right the 1st entrance. If you are making a pick up or delivery you will need delivery numbers pick up numbers or else they will not accept you. I posted pictures of proof that you need these numbers.Besides all that nice people nice guards don't have any issues here.”
“The yard dog and receiving staff were very professional and helpful. I had an issue with the landing gear on the trailer. They changed trailers and redid the paperwork. I appreciate their kindness.”

“The guys here are excellent at what they do; I drove here as a customer (on two occasions) to pick up several large and small items that I paid for prior (at the McDowell store and online), and every time they were absolutely professional, courteous, and had my items ready to be picked up and loaded into my vehicle. “This is an awesome place. They fixed a messed up load that I had at 9:30 PM. They worked hard to make sure that the load was balanced so I wouldn’t be overweight on my drives. They were fast professional, and overall best place I’ve been to I highly recommend them.”

“New finance company behind the scenes makes much better deals than what they had before. Quality products and excellent customer service when you have an issue. Minus one star for the inconveniencing of myself when I took a TV back due to issues once I got it hooked up. Then they brought it back to me so that their warehouse team could come pick it up from my house the next day. That made 0 sense and put me out for 1/2 a day from work.”

“Got here at 130pm for a 2pm appointment. Check in at guard shack. Pull thru gate and park in staging area if need be. Got door right away. Receiving office in corner and restroom in there. Text when done with lumper fee then go in for paperwork. 2 pallets.lumper text at 3pm. Done at 315pm.”

“If you know what to do here it's a good place to unload.Pull in and back into docks 9 through 21 and take paperwork to receiving (Door beside dock 8) they usually start around 2:30 am Tell them your Door# as well as your phone number.The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because of the amount the lumpers charge.”
“Not that bad you just can’t deliver early. Also broker told me delivery time was 3pm got here 11am and they said it was 5pm delivery. Didn’t get door until 530pm. It’s 555pm I’m empty just waiting on EFS to run through to get bols back. You can sleep outside facility in staging area more than enough parking.”

“Pretty easy straightforward detailed to pick up this load. Arrived 1hr and 5 mins early checked in was given a door right away. Instructions open doors slide your tandem’s disconnect from your trailer and pull forward a few inches. They operate on green light red light system after final green light loading is completed. Ok to reconnect and head to the main gate for paperwork and seal. Load time was under 2hrs not sure if they have a restroom because I didn’t see any or ask for one. Staff was polite and very quick in and out experience. Thanks everyone be aware don’t listen to your gps the street running along the side of the building is the gate leading to check in.”

“This is a brand new Walmart that is dedicated to the .com side of the business, the place is clean and organized and the staff are wonderful and enthusiastic.There is a bathroom and waiting area but that’s it for the time being, so bring your coffee and goodie’s so you’ll be happy, overall it was a good experience and a real pleasure to deliver too, I know that’s a little hard for some of you but it really was.Be responsible, respectful and obey the rules and your time here will be short too!!”
