“Alright, this is for John Fry. This guy is so kind. My husband and I ordered 2 barstools and we’re going to pick them up because we truly don’t have the money to spend on delivery. John called me yesterday just trying to see if we’d like free delivery because someone cancelled. My husband and I work so I told him no but he said if anyone else cancelled he would call me back. Sure enough, he called me back today! Remembered my name & was overall so kind on the phone. Thank you John! Not only are you taking a huge burden off my shoulders trying to pick up those barstools in a sedan, you were also so kind and easy to talk to about the furniture! Give John some recognition he deserves it!”
“This is a brand new Walmart that is dedicated to the .com side of the business, the place is clean and organized and the staff are wonderful and enthusiastic.There is a bathroom and waiting area but that’s it for the time being, so bring your coffee and goodie’s so you’ll be happy, overall it was a good experience and a real pleasure to deliver too, I know that’s a little hard for some of you but it really was.Be responsible, respectful and obey the rules and your time here will be short too!!”

“Good place. Nice guy at guard shack. Broker told me 8:00pm appt but actually it was 9:00pm. Chcked in at 8:25 got door at guard shack. Docked on 8:40 . Chkd out at 9:59pm. Great. But hard to find parking around”

“Everyone was courteous and Professional. Yes they are alittle slow but I needed an 8hr Break and it worked out great. I was also carrying multiple orders and that in itself causes delays. Overall, good! Will return.”
“Friday 9am appointment. I arrived Thursday night 10pm, They took my phone # and said if they could unload me sooner they'd call me. Got called for door 31 at 11:30pm, was out the door by 12:15am !”
“My appt is at 3 am, I entered the gate at 2:30 am and checked in at 3 am and was out in 2 hrs at 5 am . Normal unloading time for most warehouses with multiple trucks at docks .
Lumper fee is very high $1200 . I’m an O/O and broker is responsible for covering it so they paid .”
“Got there early and delivered on time and did not wasted my time and enough space for parking and backing to the dock doors
The only thing is that it is very complicated process to check in and out, especially dealing with the lumper”
“I didn’t catch the name of the guy at the guard shack. He was really cool and professional. The only thing I remember about him is that he had braces. They unloaded pretty fast, everything is a smooth process.”

“Gate entrance on 79th Ave. Park on street and walk to guard shack to check in. Delivered 17 pallets in dry van 8 am app. Checked in at 6:40 am and got called at 6:50 am to head to dock. Got text for lumper fee at 7:45 am. Received call that paperwork was ready at 8:36 am. This was my first time delivering here overall everything went well no complaints.”
