“handle on the toilet was missing when we walked into the room but kayleigh (sorry if I misspelled it) helped us switch to a new room right away and just down the hall so it wasn’t a hassle moving our stuff. guest laundry was also very convenient and the rooms were overall nice and clean. i’m not a big breakfast eater but my parents really enjoyed it especially the waffle makers. we probably won’t be back any time soon but if we are we’d gladly stay here again. one of the best stops we had along our cross country road trip”

“Nice hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. There is a nice walking/running/bike path about 1/2 mile from the hotel.
Francisco was awesome. Get to breakfast early and you may get a good surprise. We loved having him as our server.
There is shopping nearby and multiple restaurants within walking distance.
We would stay here again.”

“Staff are friendly, kind, and polite. The rooms are clean, in working order, and quite. Easy access to restaurants, shops and the freeway. I reccomend this location above the rest in Tucson.”

“Overall this place was amazing for me.
I even extended my stay during my visit to Tucson and canceled other reservations to stay here twice.
My room was clean when I checked in and had no maid service during my four night stay. When I came back for another night, I requested the same room from the recent, previous stay and got lucky, it was available.
Everything in the room worked as needed (no loose electrical plugs!! Woo!), I got a restful sleep each night, and the pressure in the shower was great.
The breakfast is not exciting as other reviews state. Coffee, some juice, cereal, and two varieties of granola bars. There was yogurt available but I learned it goes quick! If you aren't there when breakfast starts, the limited supply goes quick as I didn't seem them restock yogurts after the initial amount. They did restock the milk for the cereal. Please add fresh fruit at minimum!!!
Ice machine was decent. The ice had no flavor, as ice should.
Second stay wasn't as amazing as they had just shampooed the hallway carpet and the carpet was so soaked it squished when walked on as well as making the floor of my room dirty from my wet shoes.
Otherwise the room was as expected previously and exactly what I needed for my stay.
Front desk staff was fantastical and gave amazing service both visits.
I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Tucson. The price was right for the accommodations and yes, I did have a discount.”
