With the reduction of staff and the limited amount of product on the shelves, it’s no wonder why Amazon, Walmart, and Target are taking market share.A nice place to see the product but if I have to wait more than two days to get it, it’s easier to buy it from the aforementioned competitors.

Took forever to get someone to let me pick up the product that I had purchased online. The cashier, just ignored the fact that I was waiting while he rang up other customers. Don’t mind waiting my turn, but took about 30 minutes and only after I finally was irritated enough to ask if someone could help me.

Appointment with Geek Squad at 4pm. Stood in line until 4:35 to check my computer in. The tech who checked me in was extremely efficient and thorough. A few days later I returned for a 2 pm appointment and it was much faster check in process. Mid afternoon versus later seems to work best.
