Very satisfied with his knowledge of the products and was scheduled for a delivery the next day to replace my dead refrigerator.The delivery guys, Jake and Jeff were amazing! They arrived early and were extremely pleasant and helpful. They navigated all my walls and doorways without a scratch! Everything was set up and their customer service was excellent. “The Orchard is such a wonderful find when an Apple product needs help. My sister has taken her phone to Sparky on several occasions after what she believed to have lost important info on her phone. Since she is unable to undertake stairs, Sparky has been so helpful with meeting her at my car and taking care of the issues. Customer service is far superior.Recently, I called Sparky to ask a question for my laptop and a dual monitor. He was kind enough to explain what needed to be completed in order for me to utilize a dual monitor. So THANK YOU, Sparky!!!”

“Anna is the lovely woman that took good care of my husband and I! She smiled and helped answer any and Al questions we had! Only giving 4 stars due to the AC not working well for the weather we’re having! I feel so bad for her and anyone else in there especially having to work in that heat while it’s super hot outside! Please fix AC for your employees! It’s not fair for them to wrk in that! Anna was nice enough to let me and my small daughter use her personal mini fan while we waited for her to set us up! “Get service cuz T-Mobile sux and service kept cutting in and out. The guy at the store went out of his way and was patient even when I got bad news and had to return another day. He was the reason I went back to AT&T he's a good cell phone. Person don't know what they're called but he damn good. And the reason I went back.”

“The new remodel inside is great. Only one suggestion is for the cosmetic dept, high-end products need someone present to explain/describe products that actually range up to and including $100. And I would think shoplifting in this area would be easy for those inclined (with no supervision around to watch). Otherwise the new setup if really an improvement.”
