“This was the first stop to shop for a refrigerator. A salesman meet us at the door (which everyone hates) but this gentlemen was very informative, took his time to explain his products, and allowed us to share our opinions. We were sold on a fridge but wanted to run more errands. We got home and worked on our fridge and managed to get it to work. But because of this salesman, we're definitely sold on going back if our fridge finally goes. I definitely appreciate that kind of service and will go here for future needs.”

“Phenomenal shop and staff!! I was lucky enough to get a NOS Sanyo MGP24 in pink. Brought it in to make sure it was on working order and paid the fee to get it sooner. They got it back to me sooner than sooner!!!! It started having a small issue the following day with speed, I went back and Chris was able to fix it super fast and had me listen to make sure it sounded okay to me (and it did). Best shop and service ever. They have such awesome vintage equipment. Even if I ever move out of state, this is my store for life. Thank you to Spencer, Chris, and team for being awesome!!!”

Nick (the owner) and David (the technician assigned to our case) were highly professional, collaborative and prompt. After talking to us, Nick realized we had an underlying issue that wasn't on our statement of work related to our internet set-up, and made some helpful suggestions that not only lowered the overall cost of the original project, but resolved the more important underlying issue other AV companies missed. Nick lives up to a high customer satisfaction commitment by quickly responding to follow-up questions and resolving issues within 24 hours of reporting them. David is highly competent and professional as well, patiently walking us through set-up and even staying available throughout some protracted conversations with the internet provider service to make sure it followed through on its action items.

“Absolutely wonderful experience- will be returning if I have any more tech issues. The staff were knowledgeable, empathetic, VERY fast and friendly. They’re officially certified to repair Apple products and very affordable. I brought in my laptop to have the display replaced, and as soon as the part came in, the repair was completed and ready for pick up within a few hours. They also double checked the device after in front of me to ensure there weren’t any other additional things to repair on my 7 year old laptop (MUCH appreciated as it was a well loved laptop). My MacBook Pro runs like it’s brand new, again- and the display works perfectly (They sourced the official part). 10/10. I would refer friends to this business with confidence.”

“Service was amazing and quick, very attentive and helpful right in the door. They have items i have searching for years to get. Last holdout of micro electronics in the area, and they even mentioned changing on hand inventory because a company started needing more and it was worth it. Highly recommend checking them out. I was in search of critical DB Connectors to keep a major piece of machinery running and it is a lot easier going in and getting it now than having to wait and being not sure what quality and part I will actually get online. They update their inventory every night and can order things if you need.”

“I wanted to take the time to write a quality review for Kassandra. She is such a helpful employee and knows customer service. It shows in her experience. I was in the store for a few hours Saturday Feb. 8 2025; buying the Moto Razor 2024, activating and setting up the phone. Kassandra helped me through the entire process. Bless her heart for being so patient in helping me. I really needed it. The phone setup had a few bumps with one of them breaking right when she opened to activate and she was courteous enough to do an exchange in the store to continue with the activation. She was doing all this buy herself while other customers were in the store and she was helping them out too. Wow ! I was soo impressed by her service. I felt soo bad that everything was breaking and I was taking her time away from helping the other customers. Eventually after a few hours, everything was setup on my phone, she told me not to feel bad and I left the store satisfied. I was so grateful she was there though because I don't know if any other employees had the same patience as Kassandra. Please give Kassandra her flowers for being such an excellent employee holding together the store by herself on a Saturday.”

“It is rare these days to not only be treated well as a potential source of revenue, but to be treated with respect as a person. At Slangin Sound I purchased a radio that after installing, I wasn’t quite happy with. To my surprise, and without any pushback, we picked out a new radio and swapped the two in just a few minutes. I can’t remember being treated like that even “back in the day.” No fuss at all. I highly recommend this business.”
