“This is always a great place to go. Super friendly staff. Very knowledgeable on games although not usually the best price around sometimes you can find deals. If you are picking up a game day 1 and not waiting for it to go on she this is the perfect place but if you are looking for any discount you can usually find it cheaper somewhere else. That said they keep up on all things video games. I haven't met an employee that wasn't a gamer themselves and at launches I've seen many of the employees waiting on line with the rest of us to get the new game. When understaffed I've even seen them after grabbing their game clock in to help for an hour to get everyone else their game since only one person was put on checkout.”

“Let me just clarify, the reason it was not a five- star rating was due to the fact that I found this service incredibly poor. I walked in to get some customer service for my phone acting strange and shutting off on its own. First thing I saw is a young man with a beard refusing to greet me and I was forced to ask for help. He sat there and did nothing but remain on his phone. It was extremely rude. Thankfully a young lady inside of the store was there to help me, and give me some advice to fix my issue (Which thankfully worked). She was very sweet and straight to the point, and called me over to give me assistance. Very polite young lady. Unfortunately I cannot give any better of a rating with her poor mannered associates. Since she is unable to undertake stairs, Sparky has been so helpful with meeting her at my car and taking care of the issues. Customer service is far superior.Recently, I called Sparky to ask a question for my laptop and a dual monitor. “A little before they announced the remaster of Demon's Souls they sold me a PS3 and a copy of Demon's Souls because I had beaten every other SoulsBorne game and wanted to experience the game that started it all (Besides King's Field) and I'm not even kidding.... a week later they announced the remaster for PS5. Well jokes on them, I'll never be able to afford a PS5 so I played the Original Game, on Original Hardware....and there's still online support for the game if you can believe that. Just look it up on Reddit. Me and my buddy were able to play a game from 2009 together across the country....and I got invaded.... It was AMAZING!!!! I used the lay down emote and hid from the invader and my friend kept taking whacks at him until he ran out of estus and we bum rushed him. I ran at him with my katana while my friend shot arrows threw me and they landed on the invader and we finally killed him! I'll always remember that moment.... Thanks GameStop!”
