“My mom’s stove so we were on the hunt. Paradise Appliance were invited us with a smile as soon as we walked in the door. They delivered the stove and hauled the old one away. Prices were very reasonable. My mom was very happy and that was very important to me.”

A salesman meet us at the door (which everyone hates) but this gentlemen was very informative, took his time to explain his products, and allowed us to share our opinions. We were sold on a fridge but wanted to run more errands. We got home and worked on our fridge and managed to get it to work. But because of this salesman, we're definitely sold on going back if our fridge finally goes. I definitely appreciate that kind of service and will go here for future needs.”
“Bought a reconditioned washer, started having problems a week after. Spoke with staff at Spencers Outlet Center. They refunded me and I decided to put that towards a new washer. Had no problems getting this done. They delivered and installed two days after purchase. Very happy with staff and service. Thank you”

“I had a whole house water damage in Nov 2020. Yellow Jackets (Tanner) came in and made sure everything was packaged up with care. He is very personable and easy to talk to. Answered all of our questions. He spent ALL day taking care of our electronics. We just had our items returned today (by Tanner, Johnny and a few others) and he said if we needed they would come back and install anything (our kitchen isn't ready yet) and if there were ANY problems to call them and they will make it right. He was very careful not to damage our large appliances and our walls, even the slightest scratch. He took very special care of antique family heirlooms. I can not recommend this company enough! They have a great crew! If we ever are in need again (I hope not!) we will definitely use them.”

“I want to give a huge shout-out to Rafael and Michelle at the Home Depot on Superstition Springs (store #0456). My daughter’s AC unit failed at home, and she urgently needed a portable air conditioner. When I called the store, Rafael and Michelle were incredibly helpful and reassuring. They made sure my daughter would be taken care of and even helped her arrange to use my Home Depot card for the purchase.
Their kindness, patience, and genuine willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier. It’s rare to find this level of customer service today, and I’m truly grateful to both of them for going above and beyond. Thank you, Rafael and Michelle. You’re both greatly appreciated!”

I had an issue that had multiple parts to it and I was truly expecting it to be a frustration experience trying to return. Tyler did all he could to help me and made it a light hearted experience. When I had to be on hold for an extended time, he came back to let me know where they were in the process. He gave me options for my return, he listened well, and clearly has excellent customer service skills. I'm super pleased with this experience!”

“I used to go there everyday when working for a local HVAC company and no matter what I needed that day, Ferguson had it and the customer service was top notch! I was wondering though, if they sell to the public or if you have to have an account with them. Everytime I've gone there in the past I was buying through the company's account. Now that I'm just a regular Joe Blow, can I still buy miscellaneous supplies, like lineset or contactors? Not like full units, I can understand only selling those to private contractors, but like flex duct and stuff like that.”
“I want to thank a Superstition Springs Home Depot Customer Service employee for outstanding customer service. A few days ago, Mikheal helped me with a problem concerning a small refrigerator I ordered on-line. I was charged the wrong price and he assisted me in contacting the online supervisor to get me a refund of the over-priced charge. He also loaded the refrigerator into my SUV for me. He was so polite, friendly and professional, that even though this Home Depot location is out of the way for me and there is a closer Home Depot, I am so very impressed by Mikheal that he now has a repeat customer in me. Thanks, Mikheal for all your help!”
“This review is for the service I received from Hannah. She was very pleasant and patient. I didn't realize that you would need to bring your own insurance to rent the trucks, so she waited patiently while I downloaded temporary insurance from the internet. We talked for a while and I learned that she likes her job alot. When I turned in the truck I realized that her estimate was spot on and it didn't cost me any more than she quoted me. $149 for the day and $168.82 what the taxes and everything. I downloaded the insurance from rentalcover.com it was $37 for collision and liability. Anyway Hannah was awesome!”

“Wide but shallow selection of bathroom and kitchen fixtures. But I found what I came for which was to compare sink brands and colors. Staff at front desk directs you but offers no other help. Saw lots of other staff working at their desk scattered amid the displays but none of them greeted me or offered to help.”
