“I think the best way to judge a company is how they handle an issue. I purchased a washer and dryer here and had an issue with them. The team was wonderful to work with. Very fair and reasonable. Annemarie and Kelly really made the experience pleasant and made sure I got the resolution I wanted. I highly recommend”

“My washer went out and I went online to Spencer’s the purchase was easy and could be delivered in two days so that was a bonus. Then they called me and said the washer was out of stock but had already agreed to sell me the upgraded washer for the same price! It was awesome !! Thank you! I will be back for all of my appliance needs”

“Got our new oven through these guys - it was crazy how seamless the whole transaction was. I knew exactly what I wanted, so I found it on their website and paid. I got a call to confirm my order and set up delivery. Day of, I get texts to update me on ETA and location of the delivery driver. Ivan was a superstar and so incredibly professional. It was like I blinked and a new oven appeared! Long story short, I think I'm only going to buy my appliances from here going forward. What a great business!”

“This was the first stop to shop for a refrigerator. A salesman meet us at the door (which everyone hates) but this gentlemen was very informative, took his time to explain his products, and allowed us to share our opinions. We were sold on a fridge but wanted to run more errands. We got home and worked on our fridge and managed to get it to work. But because of this salesman, we're definitely sold on going back if our fridge finally goes. I definitely appreciate that kind of service and will go here for future needs.”

“I left a review on Yelp already but it's too long to type over again. Hahaha! But just say that I walked in and had no idea this place existed and sold to homeowners. Very easy staff and quick to answer my questions, as I dont work on HVAC units (but I repair cars, weld, and rebuild transmissions). Thought I'd give repairing a fan motor a try. These guys sold me the correct fan for the 2005 unit I had, as I brought the old .motor in. Sold me the closest thing they have. Its been a good month or so and the fan is still working as Im typing this in 77 degree air. I only came to look at Ferguson's site to see when they are open because I found the source of my issue: a switch that looks like a relay is getting stuck. I have to replace it because sometimes the fan wont turn off, even when I turn the system off. I have to.go to the breaker and click everything off. Instead of doing that for another week, I am.ginna fix it to save the motor I bought from them last month. This is probably why my other motor overheated and went out. It looks kinda fried. I know Ferguson probably has the part so I took video and pics to show what I have up there in the unit. I wish they were open weekends, but I'll l survive using the breaker til Monday. They did me right with the fan and ive been able to make it thru the summer with their help.”

“I want to give a huge shout-out to Rafael and Michelle at the Home Depot on Superstition Springs (store #0456). My daughter’s AC unit failed at home, and she urgently needed a portable air conditioner. When I called the store, Rafael and Michelle were incredibly helpful and reassuring. They made sure my daughter would be taken care of and even helped her arrange to use my Home Depot card for the purchase. Their kindness, patience, and genuine willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier. It’s rare to find this level of customer service today, and I’m truly grateful to both of them for going above and beyond. Thank you, Rafael and Michelle. You’re both greatly appreciated!”

“Amazing experience with Johnny at Yellow Jackets AZ Electronics Restoration. He is reliable, professional, and does wonderful work. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly. He even lent me fans for a week for a completely separate water issue that occurred—which was totally unrelated to what he was originally at my house for! I highly recommend him!”

“Thank you Edward, manager, & the amazing associates at self checkout. There’s something I purchased online that was sent back to a warehouse in Florida. After talking to customer service about the issue via chat/phone, they weren’t any help. I decided to take a chance & call the store to see if they could possibly price match for me & I was able to get what I wanted. Happy customer & I appreciate you guys.”

“This review is for the service I received from Hannah. She was very pleasant and patient. I didn't realize that you would need to bring your own insurance to rent the trucks, so she waited patiently while I downloaded temporary insurance from the internet. We talked for a while and I learned that she likes her job alot. When I turned in the truck I realized that her estimate was spot on and it didn't cost me any more than she quoted me. $149 for the day and $168.82 what the taxes and everything. I downloaded the insurance from rentalcover.com it was $37 for collision and liability. Anyway Hannah was awesome!”

“I wanted to leave a review on Victor. He was very polite professional and transparent. I popped my head in to see how much it would be for a couch and explained how I have another account at a different location and he got it transferred over very quickly. He set me up with the perfect couch for a very reasonable price.”

“I want to thank a Superstition Springs Home Depot Customer Service employee for outstanding customer service. A few days ago, Mikheal helped me with a problem concerning a small refrigerator I ordered on-line. I was charged the wrong price and he assisted me in contacting the online supervisor to get me a refund of the over-priced charge. He also loaded the refrigerator into my SUV for me. He was so polite, friendly and professional, that even though this Home Depot location is out of the way for me and there is a closer Home Depot, I am so very impressed by Mikheal that he now has a repeat customer in me. Thanks, Mikheal for all your help!”

“Tyler who was answering customer service return calls on 8/4/23 6:00pm was more than helpful, 11/10 customer service rating. I had an issue that had multiple parts to it and I was truly expecting it to be a frustration experience trying to return. Tyler did all he could to help me and made it a light hearted experience. When I had to be on hold for an extended time, he came back to let me know where they were in the process. He gave me options for my return, he listened well, and clearly has excellent customer service skills. I'm super pleased with this experience!”

“If I Could Give Reagan 10 Stars, I Would! Reagan at Ferguson Home provided one of the best customer-service experiences I have ever had. She spent an incredible amount of time helping me find the absolute perfect showerheads and equipment for my new shower. She listened carefully to everything I wanted, hunted down the exact pieces I had envisioned, and genuinely would not let me settle for anything less! She was also determined to make sure I ordered only products that would arrive in time for my project. She even continued searching after hours to find exactly what I needed. That level of dedication is incredibly rare. What makes this even more impressive is that Reagan isn’t officially a salesperson yet—but she treated me with the care, pride, and personal investment I would expect from the owner of the company. She clearly loves her job and truly cares about every person she helps. Working with her felt less like dealing with a store and more like shopping with a trusted friend who was completely invested in making sure I was thrilled with every single purchase. Reagan went above and beyond in every possible way. Ferguson Home is incredibly lucky to have her, and I hope they recognize what an absolute superstar she is. Five stars do not begin to cover it—truly exceptional, top-notch service! Thank you Reagan!!!!!”

“The OEM radio in my nine year old car died. I took it to Best Buy since I've shopped there for years and figured I could trust them. That was about three months ago. I wanted to wait to post this so I could write an informed review. The install was great and the radio has been so nice to use. The two fellas who did the work were great. Very nice, down to earth, and professional. The facility itself was nice (though it was a little hard to find the door around back). The waiting room was nice, with a sitting area and TV. I got to watch Stargate while I waited. Thank you, Best Buy Superstition, for the great experience.”
