“I had a whole house water damage in Nov 2020. Yellow Jackets (Tanner) came in and made sure everything was packaged up with care. He is very personable and easy to talk to. Answered all of our questions. He spent ALL day taking care of our electronics. We just had our items returned today (by Tanner, Johnny and a few others) and he said if we needed they would come back and install anything (our kitchen isn't ready yet) and if there were ANY problems to call them and they will make it right. He was very careful not to damage our large appliances and our walls, even the slightest scratch. He took very special care of antique family heirlooms. I can not recommend this company enough! They have a great crew! If we ever are in need again (I hope not!) we will definitely use them.”

“I used to go there everyday when working for a local HVAC company and no matter what I needed that day, Ferguson had it and the customer service was top notch! I was wondering though, if they sell to the public or if you have to have an account with them. Everytime I've gone there in the past I was buying through the company's account. Now that I'm just a regular Joe Blow, can I still buy miscellaneous supplies, like lineset or contactors? Not like full units, I can understand only selling those to private contractors, but like flex duct and stuff like that.”

“Have been stopping by this Home Depot location the last few weeks! They don't have as large of a selection of appliances or gardening goods as I have found in some of the other locations I have frequented, but they are fully stocked with everything you would need for more home projects. I have also found the seem to have a bit less traffic then some of the other locations, which has translated to easier returns, lots of help and assistance accessible and quick paint time around! Every time I'm there I have multiple people asking if I need anything. This evening I received great assistance from the young lady at the paint counter who helped customize a few colors for me and really went above and beyond in making sure it was what I wanted! It was much appreciate and worth coming back to for the assistance.”

“So I am so grateful to the guys at this store! Wes and Charles and Maurice are the bees knees frfr.. I am facing some medical challenges and these guys just fixed everything around so that I could not only be comfortable during these medical challenges but I can keep it in my budget I can't say enough for how many times they went back and forth for me and double checked and rechecked and triple checked and customer service was amazing very outgoing very friendly extremely knowledgeable and had a few laughs with them so guys are doing a great job I am a dedicated customer for life I promise you thank you so very much for all your kindness and support today Gilbert store rules..I had to add this on..Charles and Wesley we super putting together all of my tables and we had a great interaction..I know it was late for y'all but I am more than grateful for y'all's time!”

“I want to thank a Superstition Springs Home Depot Customer Service employee for outstanding customer service. A few days ago, Mikheal helped me with a problem concerning a small refrigerator I ordered on-line. I was charged the wrong price and he assisted me in contacting the online supervisor to get me a refund of the over-priced charge. He also loaded the refrigerator into my SUV for me. He was so polite, friendly and professional, that even though this Home Depot location is out of the way for me and there is a closer Home Depot, I am so very impressed by Mikheal that he now has a repeat customer in me. Thanks, Mikheal for all your help!”

“I just arrived home from this Home Depot and had the experiencing of seeing gratitude for the staff. Alexia had a cart full of goodies, water, juices, and so many different snacks I could not see them all and the cart was decorated so brightly, I thought I had missed a holiday. It was great to see so many smiles (I was offered a snack, but it was for the staff - thank you). It seemed to be a surprise for everyone as a few staff gathered. The store was not busy and it was close to Noon. I am sure whose idea this was, but what a great gift of gratitude. Side note: I did take a picture, but need to figure out how to upload the picture). Today is a great day.”

“Tyler who was answering customer service return calls on 8/4/23 6:00pm was more than helpful, 11/10 customer service rating. I had an issue that had multiple parts to it and I was truly expecting it to be a frustration experience trying to return. Tyler did all he could to help me and made it a light hearted experience. When I had to be on hold for an extended time, he came back to let me know where they were in the process. He gave me options for my return, he listened well, and clearly has excellent customer service skills. I'm super pleased with this experience!”

“We are contemplating a master bath remodel and stopped by the Fergusons Mesa location on a Saturday afternoon. The showroom is nicely set up and displays their products well. We were able to browse through a large selection of kitchen, bath, and shower plumbing fixtures. We also looked through their section that displayed bathroom sets which had bathtubs, toilets, and vanity cabinets. There was a nice young man sitting at the desk there who was very helpful in answering our questions, and looking up product specifications.”

“Came here because my laptop unexpectedly died and went to Tech Heaven so I was on a mission to replace it with a new one. I met with Chance and he got me all set up with a new Lenovo laptop and the best thing for me was it was on sale, so I got it, Microsoft Office, and Trend Micro antivirus software out the door for less than $1000, which I was initially thinking I'd be spending much more. Chance was very friendly and helpful, not to mention sympathetic to my situation. He is very accommodating and will go above and beyond to make sure your consumer needs are met. He is also straightforward and honest and will not steer you into buying a dismal product you will not enjoy down the line. He told me right away which laptops to avoid and why and showed me the best ones and went over their features, the pros, and cons, which helped me make my decision on the one to go with. I HIGHLY recommend Chance when you're looking for a good quality customer service rep to sell you a laptop, desktop, or other tech product you're seeking. He is truly knowledgeable!!!”
