  I reserved a truck a week in advanced and when I showed up there wasn’t a van for me. He did give me a discount and sent me to another place.. but that took 2 1/2 hours longer than what I planned for. I would just double check and call before you go

  I got my rental on time and reservation was ready!! I drove 2080 miles with no flat tires and no issues. Tom is a very valuable employee who deserves a raise!
