“I truly cannot say enough good things about this company! It's rare to find a company with core customer values. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers needs! The vehicle I was provided is in great condition, but if there were to be any maintenance or mechanical problems I can simply stop by a Drive It Pro location and have the vehicle fixed fast! It absolutely takes away all the stress that usually comes with driving a vehicle. They are always super friendly and eager to help with any questions or needs you have. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to make their life a little easier!”
“Alamo took care of us. We got the size car we needed at a fair price. Due to a mechanical issue we did have to swap cars and the Alamo agents took great care of us and made the process seemless.”
“Brady and the entire team made my long term rental hassle free. They also all gave great customer service and were very friendly. Thank you for an amazing experience!!”
“My experience with this enterprise has been fast, easy, and amazing overall ! Jeremy, Tony, and Atem have always been super helpful and nice! Would definitely recommend.”
“I rent a car every week. The manger Mike is the reason I keep going to National! Thank you all! ** editing.. just had Bianca help me… extremely rude, and short with me.”
“Wow, between my insurance company and enterprise I was in & out in less than 10 min. Very friendly and professional. Definitely using them in the future. Thank you Enterprise!”
“Just want to say Corey had the best customer service ! We got a car that was returned with someone having smoked in it- he immediately was apologetic and got us a different car. He also brought out another manager Mike who was also very apologetic and it was just the nicest interaction I’ve ever had with anyone on a customer service side.”
“We are from Texas and they are nation wide. Brittany is very helpful and customer service is impeccable. I can’t say enough about the experience I have had with this company! Definitely an A+ in my book..”
“We had the BEST experience today at AVIS CARE RENTAL in Mesa AZ. The staff was amazing. Irfana was a terrific staff. We had trouble with our original care rental plan with another outfit. Irfana went out of her way to help us and quickly get us on our way for a great week in sunny Arizona!! THANK YOU IRFANA!! You are the BEST!!”
“I rented a car from Enterprise recently and let my feelings of what is happening with my husband's health, after 36 years of marriage and my unsatisfied treatment from Liberty Mutual interfere with my relationship with Enterprise. We have always had a good relationship with Enterprise and although I was letting my feelings get in the way, they remained professional. I did apologize to the area manager and he continued to not judge me and remain professional. I appreciate you and your staff. Thanks again.”
“My car broke & needed a car to get back on Lyft fast easy process rented for 6 months thanks for great service, very attentive customer service. I’d would totally recommend them”
“Great company to rent a used car with reasonable prices. I have used this company for over 5 years. The owner Rady does a great job focusing on his customer’s car needs. Customer service has been great the past 5 years.”
“One of the best places I found in town I have been renting my car for rideshare and delivery gig work for over 6 years now. If you treat them right they treat you right no down payment required.”
“The day of our rental of a budget truck was a disaster!! It was cancelled the night before by Zinc, LLC chandler, AZ ( how about a phone call) The Customer service rep said," they don't have your truck" . Frantically, re booking the night before the move to get same price (not). Showed availability at Alto auto. We go the next morning to only find out the truck they have can't be rented, mechanical issues. Stuck on the Am of moving day, Tom came to our rescue. Sent us over to Scottsdale budget ( very professional and helpful) oh, they had a working truck. So, this is to really say the site personnel and owners were very helpful. Phone reps guarantee $99.00 rate, we will see. the Technical booking is really outdated, obviously can't keep up with inventory. They are renting trucks they don't have in inventory , and have mechanical issues. This isn't the sites issues. This is corporate issue!. You need to help your budget sites more and be on top of things. How about visiting your facilities!!Alto auto (Tom) and Joost Ent, thank you for your help. Not so sure we will rent again with budget, to stressful.Final note, check your truck rental day before and call the actual site.”
“5 Stars! Highly recommend!I have been renting cars from Jeff and Diane for the past 4 years and it's always a pleasure. Quick service with a smile, clean vehicles, and great prices. Thank you to the Hertz Rapid Collision Center team. See you again soon!”
“My First Experience with Budget Car Rental was a Great One? The Amazing woman working the Counter was Absolutely Amazing ? so very kind & got us in and out as possible. I will use Budget Car Rental again!! I Highly Recommend trying them out if you are in need of a Vehicle. ?”
“Scott was an amazing help. He was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to get me in a vehicle. I can't say enough good things about him. Would definitely rent again from him. Thank you Scott!”
“First, Larry was the one who helped me and he resolved an issue with my bill very easily when the call center agent failed to understand and communicate my extension to this location. Very much appreciated! This was my first time using Budget and I felt the service was good, both at pick up (another location) and drop off. However, it was frustrating having to deal with a call center instead of directly with the local establishment. I also found the car to be a bit dirty upon pick up, but it was all they had (my reserved SUV was out of stock). I appreciate that they give you the car filled with gas, so you can just hit the road.”
“Some of these reviews had me scared for my first time renting a car, but it truly couldn't have been more quick and painless. You can fill out most of the paperwork online/in the app beforehand and they simply verify the license and some other info and add a standard CC for a deposit. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes, with a very nice, clean, newer model Toyota SUV. I was able to drop the car off at my destination after hours in their key drop box and the car was checked in first thing the next morning. This location is located in a hotel so I saw that you are also able to drop the keys after hours with the hotel desk. I had a very pleasant experience with this location, couldn't have made my first time renting process easier, and I would rent with this location and with Budget again.”
“I had gotten to the location just after they closed. I really needed to drop off my rental truck as it was the only time I could do it before it was due. They took my truck, and processed my return. Many places these days would have just said tough luck and not helped, but this place did. I really appreciate the gentleman who helped me out even though it was after hours.Thank you!!!!”
“We had a good solid experience with this rental location, even getting the exact car that was advertised, and all were in great shape. The agents we dealt with were very professional and helpful and communicated well.”
“Great experience at Hertz, especially considering how hectic a rental car location can get with pickups, returns, vehicle issues, and everything else the staff handles throughout the day—not to mention constantly being in and out of the lot in the 110-degree Arizona August heat. I especially want to recognize Pam for her outstanding customer service and friendliness. She made a normally mundane car rental pickup genuinely memorable for the better. I can barely remember any of the dozens of rental agents I've dealt with over the years, but I'll remember Pam. She was friendly, helpful, and simply great to deal with. I also want to recognize Nehemiah, one of the lot attendants. He didn't say a lot, but he was extremely friendly, courteous, and pleasant when I interacted with him. Sometimes it's the simple way someone treats customers that leaves an impression, and he definitely did. Both Pam and Nehemiah deserve recognition. They represented Hertz very well and made the entire experience noticeably better.”
“I came in a couple days before my pickup date to be prepared ahead of time. When I arrived Lola, Laurance, and Steven gave a good first impression of the staff with their welcoming smiles and their ability to answer my questions promptly. Upon pickup, first thing in the morning, Janae got us in and out with no stress and a good attitude. Literally everyone I encountered was relatable and had exceptional people skills, which is important in a day and age where there is less and less good customer service. I would easily choose this location again because of the people. Thank you!”
