“I flew to Mesa Gateway to visit my son who lives in Phoenix, but has to get up at 4:00 a:m: to go to work. I arrived around midnight. I have to be honest, I was very much intimidated, as I live in a very small city, hadn't driven on a freeway in years, and had to drive to Phoenix. Rachael and Monique were the ladies who helped me, even put my bags in the car, and got my GPS hooked up to the rental car, I was on my way! I had a wonderful trip, but they truly started me on my way! I will be back soon, I will book a rental car through Alamo and hope I get those two great ladies. Oh yes, and when I returned the vehicle, an equally hospitable and kind gentle man helped me with my bags and drove me to the entrance. I promise not to overpack my next trip:) See you all soon!”

“Enterprise picked my Girlfriend and I up from a shop very near to their location in a nice Audi Crossover. Our driver was considerate and talkative but not in an overbaring demeanor. They had a nice selection of options for my beautiful baby to rent. The individual who helped us was knowledgeable and helpful. A Great and overall quick experience. I will add a suggestion, when a client is accepting the option to have the insurance company pay for the Rental, they should advise a deposit of no less than $50 is due on a card of the individual who the rental is designed and Enterprises own insurance coverage is a daily fee that the individual had to pay.”

“30 years ago, Enterprise Rent-a-Car was the ONLY car rental company that allowed my new bride and I to rent a car - I had no credit history - but Enterprise allowed me to rent anyway.
Since that day, Enterprise has been the very first company I go to whenever I rent a car. They haven't always had a car available, but I go there first every time. They took a chance on me 30 years ago and I have always made sure to return that favor.
This rental went as smoothly as every other one. I was caught with a cancelled flight and Enterprise had a car for me. I so appreciate this company!

“I had gotten to the location just after they closed. I really needed to drop off my rental truck as it was the only time I could do it before it was due. They took my truck, and processed my return. Many places these days would have just said tough luck and not helped, but this place did. I really appreciate the gentleman who helped me out even though it was after hours.Thank you!!!!”

“I'm here now. Battery died on me yesterday. They came out, not usual service, when I had nobody to help me. Taught me about the charge devices. They had me come in to charge battery and fix lights. Noticed a mechanical issue with wheels and quickly had me come next day to have that fixed.Been driving for nearly 40 years and I have to say this is a great service at a reasonable cost based on how much you save on gas, monthly oil changes, and maintenance. If you drive like me at 6,000 miles a month..; I'm not complaining.Ok: It only took 1 hour to fix and back to normal. Fantastic!”
“The day of our rental of a budget truck was a disaster!! It was cancelled the night before by Zinc, LLC chandler, AZ ( how about a phone call) The Customer service rep said," they don't have your truck" . Frantically, re booking the night before the move to get same price (not). Showed availability at Alto auto. We go the next morning to only find out the truck they have can't be rented, mechanical issues. Stuck on the Am of moving day, Tom came to our rescue. Sent us over to Scottsdale budget ( very professional and helpful) oh, they had a working truck. So, this is to really say the site personnel and owners were very helpful. Phone reps guarantee $99.00 rate, we will see. the Technical booking is really outdated, obviously can't keep up with inventory. They are renting trucks they don't have in inventory , and have mechanical issues. This isn't the sites issues. This is corporate issue!. You need to help your budget sites more and be on top of things. How about visiting your facilities!!Alto auto (Tom) and Joost Ent, thank you for your help.Not so sure we will rent again with budget, to stressful.Final note, check your truck rental day before and call the actual site.”

“Some of these reviews had me scared for my first time renting a car, but it truly couldn't have been more quick and painless. You can fill out most of the paperwork online/in the app beforehand and they simply verify the license and some other info and add a standard CC for a deposit. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes, with a very nice, clean, newer model Toyota SUV. I was able to drop the car off at my destination after hours in their key drop box and the car was checked in first thing the next morning. This location is located in a hotel so I saw that you are also able to drop the keys after hours with the hotel desk. I had a very pleasant experience with this location, couldn't have made my first time renting process easier, and I would rent with this location and with Budget again.”
