“I went in at almost closing to grab one item and I was trying to hurry because it was almost closing. But that didn't matter, everyone working there acted like it was the middle of the day. With my son in his baby carrier in tow I was greeted by Reggie immediately. He found my item in less then 3 seconds, took it to the register, and walked it out to the car with me. I have never been to a store in the last few years with this kind of kind gesture and customer service. Thank you Reggie for reminding myself and us all that some people are truly great. “These guys were phenomenal. I spoke with Dylan and although they didn't have the product I was looking for he found a solution that's working better than our old solution. When I got to the store in the morning the next day Dylan had already written up my ticket and left notes for the morning crew. And although their credit card system was down the morning that I went in the guy's working the front desk were very patient and helpful making sure that I was taking care of. I believe the gentleman's name was Scott that was helping me we had the tanks loaded up in the back of the of my vehicle and when I had to go get cash he had to unload the tanks and then reload them once I got cash. He didn't once seem annoyed by the extra work.”

“I used to go there everyday when working for a local HVAC company and no matter what I needed that day, Ferguson had it and the customer service was top notch! I was wondering though, if they sell to the public or if you have to have an account with them. Everytime I've gone there in the past I was buying through the company's account. Now that I'm just a regular Joe Blow, can I still buy miscellaneous supplies, like lineset or contactors? Not like full units, I can understand only selling those to private contractors, but like flex duct and stuff like that.”

“I cannot say enough good about these people. Unbeknownst to these people, I am a 100% disabled combat vet. I was met in the parking lot and was led in through a entrance that was clear and able to move my chair through. Once I was in there, even though I am a regular person, (not a business), I was treated with respect and not talked down to even though I did not know what I was talking about, and they helped me through the whole transaction with patience. Even when I was embarrassed, and did not have my wallet with me they did not make fun of me or belittle me. I sure wish more companies would be like Copper State.”
