“This is the first and only place I was fired from. I had just turned 16, and was logging into the POS computer system as an Admin without authorization. The owner stared walking over to me, so I closed out the window with zeros. When they logged in the next day, all the screens went black and had to pay 1000s to have someone fix. He illegally kept my last paycheck but I felt so guilty I didn't care. I'm so glad it's under new management. Great service and saves me from going to home depot and Lowes.”

They pointed me in the direction I needed to go and knew exactely what I needed after I told them what my husband does for his job. “Harbor Freight has evolved over the years into selling quality tools for every budget. They sell low end occasional use tools to high end hard use tools, if you get their app they send fantastic deals, I just used my 25% off coupon to buy a power miter box stand and some sanding disks and belts. They also sell "made in the USA" tools (hard to find these days) The associates are always friendly and very helpful. One of the first tool I bought several years ago was a inexpensive 18 volt drill/ battery and charger combo. It lasted quit a long time under heavy use before the battery could not take a charge ( non lithium battery) all I need to do is get a new battery. I don't know of any other tool store that give away free stuff.

“Our gorgeous new Amazonite countertop had a dark brown fissure that contrasted toomuch with the surrounding stone. I purchased some Lamlock Rocketgel, cut a thin, shallow groove, using a dremel size metal cut-off blade, and filled in the space without adding any color. Now it looks like any of the other veins in the top, and my wife and I are thrilled with the result.”

“These guys were phenomenal. I spoke with Dylan and although they didn't have the product I was looking for he found a solution that's working better than our old solution. When I got to the store in the morning the next day Dylan had already written up my ticket and left notes for the morning crew. And although their credit card system was down the morning that I went in the guy's working the front desk were very patient and helpful making sure that I was taking care of. I believe the gentleman's name was Scott that was helping me we had the tanks loaded up in the back of the of my vehicle and when I had to go get cash he had to unload the tanks and then reload them once I got cash. He didn't once seem annoyed by the extra work.”

“I cannot say enough good about these people. Unbeknownst to these people, I am a 100% disabled combat vet. I was met in the parking lot and was led in through a entrance that was clear and able to move my chair through. Once I was in there, even though I am a regular person, (not a business), I was treated with respect and not talked down to even though I did not know what I was talking about, and they helped me through the whole transaction with patience. Even when I was embarrassed, and did not have my wallet with me they did not make fun of me or belittle me. I sure wish more companies would be like Copper State.”
“I tried to get a replacement cover for my pyrex dish but apparently the dimensions were a bit off. So I called to exchange it. The lady was so nice and tried for a couple of days to find the lid based on the pyrex number. However it was not to be. So I was prepared to send the wrong one back but she said don't bother. I will always look to this company 1st when shopping. Very pleasant people to deal with. Rare these days. Thanks again!”

“I used to go there everyday when working for a local HVAC company and no matter what I needed that day, Ferguson had it and the customer service was top notch! I was wondering though, if they sell to the public or if you have to have an account with them. Everytime I've gone there in the past I was buying through the company's account. Now that I'm just a regular Joe Blow, can I still buy miscellaneous supplies, like lineset or contactors? Not like full units, I can understand only selling those to private contractors, but like flex duct and stuff like that.”

I had a picture as my reference for the color I wanted and Shareen was incredibly patient and helpful in finding a color that matched and made me happy!This is the first time I've ever had to purchase paint without my dad and Devante was awesome at educating me on the different pant finishes and qualities.I know they usually deal with professionals who place big orders so the fact that Shareen and Devante spent nearly and hour with me, knowing I was only buying a single gallon, really shows the quality of these kind people.I WILL be returning because I will NEVER go back to buying cheap off the shelf paint from Home Depot again!”
