“Fantastic organization. I have volunteered with HandsOn Greater Phoenix since 2009 and have enjoyed getting a chance to volunteer at many different charities (through HandsOn). HandsOn Greater Phoenix has given me a chance to broaden my horizons and learn a lot about myself that I would not have done if I just tried volunteering on my own.”
“I moved to downtown Phoenix with my two kiddos from rural Missouri, Born and raised on a farm with so many different animals. Moving to the city so definitely a big difference, so when Superstition Farms came across my reels on Facebook, I planned a trip the next day! So happy I decided to! From goats to pigs to bunnies even a peacock, there’s so many animals to pet and enjoy! We came on a Tuesday evening so there were even some local vendors and tacos for Taco Tuesday!
What a great experienced free of charge! $3 for a good size bucket to feed the animals who are all friendly!

“Someone asked, do they give food boxes here. I went there once and was told, NO. No food boxes here, but the guy did give me a small size tube of Pringles because I was so hungry I had dry heaves. That's why I gave you all four stars. They have a lot of food tho, I saw the inside of the warehouse and it's just the same as going to a grocery store.”

“We’ve been part of this Boys & Girls Club location for years, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best decisions for my kids and our family. The staff here are not only professional they genuinely care. From the front desk to the directors and every program leader in between, they treat the kids with patience, kindness, and respect. You can tell they love what they do, and it shows in how much the kids grow socially, emotionally, and academically.
I’ve seen firsthand how they go above and beyond to create a safe, fun, and supportive environment every single day. The programs are thoughtful, engaging, and age-appropriate, and the directors are always open to communication and feedback.
To be honest, although the price is a little high, it is still worth every single penny. You can’t put a price on the peace of mind that comes from knowing your kids are in such good hands
